Intellectual Property
In the previous week, I gained my understanding of the intellectual property that could be an
imperative part of the organization. In last week, I comprehend different measures that are used by the
firm to protect the intellectual property of the firm. I also enhanced my knowledge about issues that
re-associated with intellectual property protections. In last week, I understood that intellectual
property is determined as the work of the mind, which could be different and created by single
persona as well as a group like books and films, inventions, art, and music. I understood that there are
certain tools that were practiced by the organization to respect their intellectual property as it could be
named as trade secret laws, copyright, and patent. I also improved my knowledge in the context of the
current matter. I enhanced my understanding of software copyright protection that is effective to
protect the data of the organization. I also understood that copyright is used for securing the computer
programs. It could be effective for differentiating the work uniqueness and support to make effective
decision in favor of organizational products and services. It is also evaluated that the trade secure is
practiced to honest commercial practices in the marketplace. Patent facilitates to the organization for
eliminating the discrimination on the place intervention (Baldwin and Henkel, 2015).
Ethical Decisions in Software Development
In this section, I gained my understanding of the ethical decision in the software development that
could be imperative for business success. I also enhanced my understanding of software quality that
could affect the security of the firm. I also observed that the reason behaving software quality. In this,
I enhanced my understanding of ethical issues that might affect software quality. I understood some
effective strategies that were practiced by the organization to secure the software quality and make an
effective decision. In this, it is stated that the software quality could consider different elements that
could be known as a higher quality of software systems, software quality, software defect, quality
management, and deliverables. I comprehended that the software quality could assist to the
organization for making the effective decision, management the product liability, breach of warranty
issues, and warranty issues. There are certain strategies as it could be associated with the soci=ftware

quality named software development, capability maturity model integration (CMMI), safety-critical
systems, risk management, and quality management standard (Karim, et al., 2017).
The Impact of Information Technology on Society
In this, I gained my understanding of the impact of information technology on society. In this section,
I enhanced my current understanding of the relationship between information technology investment
and productivity growth. I also comprehended that how machine learning, artificial intelligence,
natural language, and robotics could affect future employees. I observed how the practice of IT affect
to health care. In this, I understood that it could affect the GDP per capita that effect to the overall
country situation. I gained my understanding of the EHRs, EMRs, PHRs, and HIE that could affect to
the society (Dutta, et al., 2015).
