It is easy to operate and can be conducted easily this is because customer are not
educated and cant able to operate and use software so it can be for those customer that it is
easy to operate and can be conducted in every screen.
Logistic handling of data is also important functional requirement in this software this
can be seen as it classify the data of hide and unhide machines and equipment which shows
that software this functional requirement in it.
Complete information about the workflow performed by the system is also and
requirement which have to be fulfilled by the functions of software according to scenario this
requirement is also fulfilled by square off company as it track the equipment who are
currently hired and reduce the charges of double booking.
Non functional requirements and constraints of this software
This will enable organisation in smooth operation as we can now operate and
registered the data of tools and equipment’s with them.
The next functional requirement in consultant of the software is it help firm in tools
which are hired by customers and the period of return will also be recorded which help
company in addressing non return product new product from customers.

problem arise in database of this software please backup plan will help organisation if there is
any technical faulting software will lead in failure of operations of software and erasing of
