Ethics and IT governance plays an effective role in every business and in the same way,
every company also uses different framework in order to run the business ineffective way. Thus,
the present study also helps to to describe the issues which Westfield faces while introducing
new business into the world. Further, study shows the framework that should be incorporated
with the Westfield and then describe the issues that affect the business. The report also show
how advance technology will help a business to overcome the issues of IT governance. Then
study also provide some ways through which a firm can be sustain its brand image in market and
also stable its financial situation as well.
INTRODUCTION
A successful organization and company is built the solid framework of data and
information. The ethical structure or framework helps to explains IT processes deliver the
information that the business needs to achieve its objectives. In other words, IT framework helps
to determine which of the seven information criteria (efficiency, effectiveness, confidentiality,
