Project rationale
• In order to conduct research, I have developed my interest in this
sector. In this I have applied multiple strategies that assist in
improving the performance level in effective and efficient manner.
• In this way, this research will assist in developing my
comprehending and understanding skills. Further, this will lead to
my overall growth and development and I will be able to develop
my career in hospitality sector. Thus, I will get to know about the
implication of digital technologies in improving the efficiency of
