INTRODUCTION
The information system existence in recent time has been stretched. The person is not always
understanding the position and presence of information system in our day-to-day life. The
information system is basically the research of network of software and hardware which help the
company to collect, filter and make the information needed (Benitez, Henseler and et,al., 2018).
This project will be covering the different techniques, methods and theories in relation to design
and development of the IT key with important examples and the effect of globalization on
information infrastructure. Afterwards this project will also cover the risk which is connected
with the information system outsourcing.

1.0Explaining the methods,techniques and theories which is related to the development and
design for 2 of the IT solution:
 McAfee- The McAfee is a famous and well-known international safety brand in America
which deals in progress of tools of digital security for the computer and more several
plans of security. This corporation was founded in the year of 1987 and founder was John
McAfee. This company is also focusing on mobile devices. The digital security tool
provides safety for the system from many types of bot,viruses,worms and attacks etc.
This software helps to protect the information which is in the system from the few codes
which are in the file of the software that can be compressed(Muhammedrisaevna, Kizi
et,al., 2020). This tools also protects against the various threats like phishing attacks,
spams, malicious, websites and hacking etc. This system of standardize, virus and
filtering that gives these results. In addition, the HTML text involves in Microsoft
Outlook also safeguard from these tools.
 Ms Office- Ms Office which is continuously used by all across the world are MS excel
this is a spreadsheet, Ms word this is document of processor and MS Power Point that is
used for graphic presentation. Ms Office is generally the family of various software
program like server software, services and client software which are developed for
Microsoft. Bill Gates introduced this software in year 1990 at Las Vegas at COMDEX.
The software like Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word had been
comprised on he first version(Ensslin, Demetrio and et,al., 2020). The product was
copyright of the Microsoft company which provided document for managing the
software. Ms Office has availability of third languages in the marketplace along with the
software which is verified by MAC security and Ms Office. This software easy to use,
universal software and tutorial of this software is easily available. This software comes
with different type of software too like Outlook, Ms Access, Ms power point, Ms excel
and One Note etc.

2.0 Define and Provide examples for each software.
1. Decision Support System (DSS)- This a universal application which us hand-me-down
by the company in their decision-making at the various level of management. Taking help
from support system all accessible information is been evaluated successfully and best
option can be selected from the available option which will benefit the company. This
comprises three elements which are for example user database, software and knowledge
border because of this effective decision-making can be done. Cagoules, policies, product
description and way and more are various example of this information system.
2. Executive Support System (ESS)- This system helps the management who are on upper
level of the organisation. With this support system all information is beneficial for the top
management which provides in regarding the decision-making procedure of the
enterprise(Marinagi, Galiotou and et,al., 2018). The decisions which are taken by the
higher authorities of the company impacts overall functioning of the company which
comprises the finances and employees etc. so, to make critical decision reliable base of
information is required.
3. Transaction Processing System (TPS)- This system helps the company in performing
the practises and functioning of daily activities of the organisation in very effective way.
This support system completely depend on the size and sales, supply of the product and
entry of these data etc.
4. Management Information System (MIS)- This support system helps to make very
important and beneficial decision-making which is made from the middle level manager
of the firm. The main of the MIS is to collect all the information and then form
Transaction Processing System (TPS) and them it is forwarded to collected information at
the same time in various kinds like responses, display and reports etc.
5. Knowledge Management System (KSM)- The foremost and the first objective of the
KMS, that is knowledge Management System is to enhance the collected data and also to
make certain that information which is collected and skill has been successfully
corporates within the organisation in very proper and effective manner. In addition, this
system also helps the company to evaluate the external knowledge of the recent
marketplace of the organisation. Various example of KSM are virtual reality, fiscal
working area and design systems.

3.0 Define the term globalization and what are the effects on IT of globalization.
The term globalization is lengthy and very hard, it’s hard to explain this concept in a only
definition. Globalization can be defined as the procedure in which free flow and independent of
products can be done crossways the boundaries of other countries. In this process the
interrelation of the company and flow of financial funds all across the world has is included in
the term globalisation (Englander and Wong, 2021). The organisation with the help of
organisation is able to expand their business from local market to international marketplace. The
year 1900 was the progress time of globalization which has been began. The effect of IT on the
globalization can be discussed underneath:
The advancement of technology is well-thought-out the main factor for the globalization growth
all across the world globally. This type of competitive technique helps the world to move
towards the moral ethics and standards. After the onset advance information technology, barriers
are related to trade that can be reduced due to which the new recent marketplace has been open
for the different types of the organisation. With this, the assist will also increase the competition
into the international marketplace. After information technology is introduced, time in the
production of products and cost in relation to the fee of conveyance is been reduced. However,
because of this development of innovation and technology in the software gives an increment in
overseas direct investment that has been got due to which more option can been available for
enterprise for fulfilling the fund condition.

systems outsourcing (Haseeb, Khurshid and et,al., 2019). Following are the risk which can be
related to ISO are been discussed beneath:
 Inexperienced staff members and Employees of organisation is been measured as one of
the main and major risk in relation to management of the progression of outsourcing.

This is very vital for the employee to hold the appropriate and exact knowledge in
relation to the outsourcing.
 Unseen cost is also very crucial risk which is linked to this. This is very important for the
user to anticipate the issues which are technical and how much these can be save.
2. Why is IT infrastructure is so critical to digital transformation.
The infrastructure of the information technology is very virtuous to the digital renovation. The
whole IT system of the organisation is wholly dependent on this since this is the basis. This is
very crucial for the company to understand the want and need of data centre and
networking(Pankowska, 2019). This not only helps the company in decision-making but also
helps in captivating risk. To implement the digital transformation with the organisation, this is
not a easy task. A huge amount of fund or capital is been required for this to implement due to
which they are able to focus more on the growth of their own company I the competitive market.
Flash information centre and Mass storage centre are approximately examples of which the
company is protected for their future goals.
CONCLUSION
This project can be concluded as the development of information technology within the
organisation will help the company to appreciate the competitive advantage over their
competitors in the target market. This is very vital for the management of organisation to
appreciate the need and want of the latest technology within the company. To increase the
information system of communication of all the companies start using the technology within
the firm's business functions. This project also concludes that after arising of information
technology there is a vast impact is seen on the globalisation because of which the several areas
has been opened for company to enlarge in their own business. Technology helps to take
decisions on the basis of technology which is very effective for the organisation.
