and Glassdoor. They will be required to write new codes in order to work effectively
(Kolakowski, 2019).
 Computer System Analyst – it requires a diverse set of skills and the position needs
information technology and business knowledge.
 Web Developers – They use the code to build everything user see on the website
through various special effects while discovering functionality.
 Computer programmer – The major part of their job role is to convert the code,
maintain and test the programs and software.
 Business Intelligence Analyst – It can be considered as the best job proposal for the
students who seek to follow their career in IT sector. Many big organizations are
recruiting candidates that are capable of understanding technology masterfully.
Solution 2) Unknowingly, Information technology has become an important part of our lives
and that is why today IT is a wonderful path for the students to pursue their careers in. IT
career is very popular right from the individual who looking for becoming game developer to

studying this subject, I can learn various things such as computer programming, internships,
computer enterprise, calculus and discrete math. With studying computer science (IT), the

the study is to become a business intelligence analyst so as to help the company put the
important data it already collected in order to increase the organisation efficiency and
maximizing profits (Debortoli, Muller & vom Brocke, 2014).

a series of technologies for collecting, retrieving, storing, analysing and communicating
information (Shachaf, 2008). With the changing business landscape, ICT is used in business
environment such as –
 Administration – It includes Emails, communication and Invoices.
 Finances, Business, and Accounting – It is comprised of Auditing, marketing analysis,
business plans, forecasting and recording transactions. For example, the overall
projected time can be reduced by teams and thus facilitating to make new product
available to the market faster while giving an organisation a high competitive
advantage.
 Communications – It consist of mobile phones, email and instant messages.
 Creative art and Engineering – This includes Simulation, modelling and 2D and 3D
drawing.
 Tourism and Hospitality – It is related with Hotel Booking and Animal tracking. For
example, cutting down of travel costs. The information can be used by agents of call
centre present on their consumer databases to raise income by exploring opportunities
for trading extra products or services.
Solution 4) Yes, I agree with the statement that every business is a digital business as there
are over five billion mobile phone users and two billion people online. These people search
online when they want something (data, suggestions, products or services). The people will
definitely find business including the help of social media channels, where conversations are
highly influential and trusted. It doesn’t matter whether the business is selling pizza or data, it
is a digital business. For example, Netflix switched from e-business to digital business over a
long time ago (Weill & Woerner, 2013).
