Key challenges and issues regarding effective implementation of IT governance
The challenges and issues which an organization faces while implementing the IT
governance are that there is a requirement of a good budget which is going to make sure
that there are right working and standards which the company is having for themselves in
the market.
Skill gap would be present that is going to make the processing and operations slower
which is not a good factor for the overall working of the company. Satisfaction of the
employees also must be considered for the higher working and processing of the
company so that there are right actions and measures which are there (Bowen and et.al.,
2017.
Information must be provided to all the employees effectively so that there are right
working and IT governance would be able to take place effectively which is good for the
brand value and portfolio of the company.
Hiring of new employees who have experience and motivated enough to make sure that
there are right working which is going to be present. Team needs to be strong so that
there is going to be higher leadership which would be present so that the organization
will be able to support the working (Ul Musawir and et.al., 2017).
Data protection must be strong so that there is good competitive advantage which is
present and also make the security management be higher so that there is good
identification of working that is there.

have effective working and compete with the competitors as well. Designing and making
sure that the company is having effective language and good communication as well so
that there is going to be higher working and productivity that is present in company
(Helfat and Raubitschek, 2018).
Information technology helps to make sure that there are right actions which are present
being taken and find solutions to a lot of issues as well. There are a lot of errors which
can be eliminated and make sure that the organization is taking the right actions in order
to be able to maintain their standards and reputation in the market.
Innovation and experience in an enterprise is going to be lower and that is why there
would be a higher help of IT factor in the organization. Support is going to be present as
well in the critical working as well which is going to make the problems be solved very
quickly (Lanzolla, Pesce and Tucci, 2021).
Framework gets in better solutions and software's in the company so that there is going to
be better decisions as well which can be taken for a long run.

Leaders have a very important role to play in an organization so that they can help the
company be able to maintain their standards and working. Roles and responsibilities of IT
leaders in successful align IT strategy with business strategy is very essential so that there are
going to be higher outcomes.
Roles
Feedbacks must be taken from the workforce which is present in the company so that
there is going to be higher outcomes and changes come in the company accordingly.
Training can be provided by the leaders in order to make sure that there is good working
and development which is coming in the organization (Schiller, 2018). Team members of the company also have to be well informed about the changes which
are coming in so that there is good maintained brand value.
Responsibilities
Objectives and goals have to be told to the employees from time to time in order to be
able to achieve them so that there would be higher operations and competitive advantage
would remain.
Motivation in some form or another must be given to the workforce which is present so
that there is going to be higher working and functioning.
Good models have to be set for the workforce as well so that they can follow them and
work according to them and sharing experience is also very essential so that there is
