procedure across the major business areas, such as finance, planning and technology. Things will
not always fall according to the plan; therefore one must delve deeper into newer kinds of
problem that may arise. The approaches to evaluate the responses of underperformance can
either be formal or be informal. The three challenges that an IT manager can come across are:
constant innovation, problem with big data and planning for the long term sustenance.
In the IT sectors, innovation is constant, new and better form technology shows up, that
rapid pace of improvement can either be boon or it can be bane. However it will only prove to be
bane, when each and every person inculcates the ability to implement these newer kinds of
technologies. The real challenges is deciding which technology to implement and when, because
organizational goals remains relatively static. Thus it is necessary for IT management to evaluate
the organizational value of each new technical advancement. For doing this IT mangers need
solid understanding of the organization and the possibility of the challenges its users or markets
may face. Instead of jumping to the new trends of technology one need to thinks in which ways
does this innovation helps the community to develop.
Keeping data or storing them needs a lot of space, cloud computing allows one to keep
their data and applications-in-house and effectively mange everything.1 Due to this innovation,
the demarcation line between personal and private sphere seems to blur. Employees may resound
to this innovation in a negative way. For reducing the tension, the management must hold proper
workshop organizational meeting, where the employees will be emotionally and cognitively

customers. It is also important to innovate new approaches for capturing, storing and analyzing
data so that it is able to effectively comprehend the patterns of change in the market. Solutions
can be like 100 GB Ethernet, Parallel processing, SSDs (Solid State Drives) Offer good response
time.
Owing from the present situation, where there globalization, functional and financial
integration, there is a need to understand the issues related to sustainability. Operation mangers
along with the short term goals must also focus on the long-term goals where the organizational
impact on the social, cultural and economic environment can be duly addresses. Just by adopting
“green” strategies it is not going redeem the burning cause, the organization also needs to
implement transparent management styles3. This is because transparent management style is a
part of sustainable development ethos. This can be particularly challenge to the small business
this is because the work environment trend are more insular that larger operations. However, if
the small business organization cam create a healthy environment where the a mutual
cooperative relationship is maintained by the employees to its customers.
