In order to gather details from the organization it becomes essential to follow proper
research method. I have focused on using questionnaire method for collecting the data.
Questionnaire is referred to the method of collecting data with the help of conducting survey. This is
mainly used for the purpose of gathering the data in an effective way. The main reason behind
selecting questionnaire method is that it will help in evaluating a huge set of people together. I was
concerned with the development of small business and the operations that are carried out within
the small organization. The main aim is to provide the services in an effective way so that the
features can be managed effectively within the business. For the purpose of gathering the data I
have used internet as a primary source. With the help if internet it became easy to understandthe
performance that will be offered towards the organization. The main benefit that is offered with the
use of questionnaires is that it becomes easy to reach a large number of people and can provide
relatively easy way of analyzing the data. Questionnaire is considered as one of the best way for
performing the quantitative analysis and this helps in performing the formal inquiry. Throughout the
analysis of the issues it has been observed that the inventory system of the hotel business was not
working properly and thus it impacted the overall performance. Moreover while analyzing the
website I have understood that the design of the website is poor and there is a huge need to update
the stocks that are available in the market. The payroll needs to be prepared in such a way that it
will be able to provide quick and effective updates towards the organization. With the help of IT
strategy it will become easy to enhance the payroll and inventory system. Thus there is a huge need
to upgrade the functionality of the system. I have focused on identifying the necessary requirements
so that it becomes easy to upgrade the IT solutions for the hotel business. In order to enhance the
performance of the organization it is important to implement proper policies within the business
that will be able to support the payroll functions. The main benefit of having a proper payroll system
is that it helps in managing the recruitment process and enhances the way services are being
provided towards the customers. There are several business softwarethat helps in providing better
solutions towards the payroll system. With an enhanced payroll services it will become easy to
