development of employee, production as well as sales (Xiang, Magnini and Fesenmaier 2015).
All the organizations must understand the process of the use of technology and the process by
which it can be used for improving the processes of business which further helps in making them
much more efficient and cost effective as well. This will help in incrementing the position within
the market.
Answer to Question 2
System integration is mainly an IT or a process of engineering or any particular phase
which is mostly concerned with joining several subsystems or some components as one single
huge system (Madni and Sievers 2014). It mostly ensures that each and every functions of the
subsystem which are integrated are needed. SI also helps in adding an extra value to a system
with the help of new functionalities which are provided by linking several functions of different
systems. Some of the methods of SI involves horizontal integration, vertical integration and
common format of data.
