Email monitoring in workplace would depend on the approach of the personnel.
Situations like conflicts, harassments, discriminations and delay in the execution of the business
activities would arise the need for email monitoring. However, the managers would not be able
to see the workplace activities directly. They would be dependent on the emails from the head of
the departments regarding the progress (Christopher, 2016).

Mission statements make the personnel aware of the goals and objectives, which they
have to fulfill. If the personnel are provided with safe and comfortable workplace conditions,
they would be able to expose better performance. If adequate resources are provided, they would
be able to carry out the business activities in an efficient and effective manner. This efficiency
would help in fulfilling the identified and specified objectives (Lee 2014).

The supervisor’s motive for request might be for assessing the approach of the staffs
towards the morale and the policies introduce. This motive is appropriate in terms of estimating

the approach of the staffs towards the undertaken steps. I feel evaluation is necessary before
implementing any decision or policy. When the staffs are giving low ratings, there must be some
drawback. Evaluation possesses the flexibility to highlight these drawbacks. Sending drafts of
the drawbacks and the planned changes would help the managers in estimating the additional
