Business Idea
Perfect Greens specializing in the environmental public relations
My business plan is to start a firm which will offer customers with the great quality of
environmental public relations consultancy. Our organization will specialize in various areas like
management of crisis which will help the customers to manage a situation which is left ignored
and could create the important amount of tarnish the PR of various companies that have critical
images of the environment, creation of the image as this will help in developing and
implementing the certain image of the public like an image which is pro-environment for the
firm. And management of events of publicity as this will create and manage sponsored events of
the publicity that are created in order to strengthen the perceived commitment of the clients. The
activities will make sure the appropriate management of sensitive concerns of the environment
by organizations which are not seen as eco-friendly. There are clients of various companies like
mining, extraction of natural gas and lumber which forage for the professional firm in order to
assist in the scent public image of the environment. The specialized and experienced personnel in
the work of environmental public relation will offer our company with extravagant insight which
other companies of public relation is not able to provide. We will be flexible enough in order to
meet the needs of our client. Our firm will offer services to the various regional and local firms
which require the help for recreation and the management for the longer period of time. Our
company will be located in Kuala Lumpur for the initial time and will expand our company
depending on the response of the clients towards our company.
Our firm will be targeting three types of companies i.e. gas companies because they work for the
reserves of natural gas and they might require our help to strengthen the image of eco-friendly as
it provides energy. Furthermore, they require our help for the management of the crisis and the
activities of the promotion. The other is mining companies because it has negative image
because of the land destruction. And lumber companies as they struggle to manage the eco-
friendly perception of the public.

We would be having the staff of 200 employees that will help us in accomplishing our goals and
mission. Therefore, I believe that this plan will be successful because it is very important for
every organization to have a positive, eco-friendly public perception to achieve a sustainable
competitive advantage.

Problem Solving Competency along with the STAR Technique
Evidence:
It happened just before the new face for the degree when I was supposed to write my exams, and
I didn't want to stay at home for the period of two months and waste my time, I decided to go for
a degree course in the field of information technology.
Situation-

I wanted to design a website for an organization, but because of lack of skills and resources, I
required to do more research in order to be more effective and efficient.
Task-
My team members and I decided to design and create a website on the individual basis and then
we will make the comparison in order to check the reliability, readability, visibility and the
usability of the website.
Action-
My action was to develop the system's front end because of the involved time, and this will also
help me modifying and editing in the same manner in which I want, and further, my team
members will contribute to the creation respectively.
Result-
It was very difficult for me, but my hard work paid off because I was managing my classes and
was also designing the website at the same time.
Statement:
I was flexible enough to manage my classes and the creation of the website at the same time and
was simultaneously helping the team of the back end through the effective design of front end
and all these things relied on the team work of our team.
Communication Competency along with the STAR Technique
Evidence:
I became the part of the association of the international student program, and I was supposed to
look after the international students of our college.
Task-
My task was to communicate with the international students and find the desired information
regarding the event and why the students require that event or program and what is their
perception towards the event that whether they will get some benefit or not from the program. I

decided to interact with the directors of the international colleges and make them aware of the
event and how it will be successful for the international students.
Action-
For the event's success, I decided to meet the directors of the various universities and tell them
about the plans of our association and its importance for the international students.
Result-
As a result, the management was satisfied with the event and the student's impression towards
the university improved, and my director was satisfied and pleased with my performance, and the
outcome was a win-win situation on both the ends.
Statement:
During the program, there were some critical decisions in order to make the management
satisfied and make the bonding of university and the international students more reliable.

Reflection
The experience of video CV was tremendous as I was well dressed for the video and was well
prepared, and this actually gave me the feeling that I am giving an interview to the interviewer
and I had butterflies in my stomach like we used to get just before the interview. I have learned
that it is very important to dress well and speak confidently and by making an eye contact
because all things matter when you go for an interview and being observed further. I have
learned that the first impression is the last impression and one should be well prepared while
going for an interview. During the beginning of the video I was nervous but slowly and gradually
I gain confidence to give my details adequately, and I also made eye contact with the camera
while speaking and I was quite stiff in order to make hand movements while speaking. Further, I
have noticed in my video that I have to learn how to make hand movements while speaking so
that my words and action doesn’t contradict and matches with one another. I was bit nervous
while speaking . Therefore, I need to work upon that in order to remove the nervousness.

The candidate was hired because he/she will give all the answers to the above questions
efficiently and he/she was confident enough while giving all the answers. Further, the candidate
was not hired because he/she was fumbling while speaking and doesn’t give impromptu answers
to the given questions and it was easily observed that he/she lied to some of the questions while
answering.
I gave my 100 percent while doing my job and I think I didn’t leave any question which was not
important for the company to know about the candidate. I asked each and every question in detail
in order to know the candidate at a personal level and at a professional level. I gave my best and
did my job efficiently in order to hire the best employee for the desired job. I was well prepared
that how I am going to ask the questions and on what basis I am going to judge them.
