Weekly assignment report
The weekly report is being completed and given to the team manager in each and every
meeting. Starting week, the problem was seen in which the employees were demanding for
the leaves and parental leaves as well. So, it was needed to be taken into consideration. After
a month, the mixed review was got when the memo was sent by the student and project
sponsors. After four and a half months, the meeting was done in which it helped to know
what is going on in the project and views were taken into consideration. The release time of
the project was decided and a review about the project was taken (Hornstein, 2015).
After the sixth month, when the project was needed to be completed, at that time the project
was finally completed. The project was done within the budget that was specified within the
scope that was agreed. All of the stakeholders were happy and pleased with the
communication done in order to know and reporting as well. And as a project manager, the
project got close.
