Introduction
Project development requires proper planning and administration (Schwalbe 2015). Project tasks
as supposed to be well defined and assigned due dates. It is also important to have a budget
estimates subject to updates, research shows that, cost constraints are the major contributors to
project stall and failure to meeting the desired outcomes. When carrying out a project, it is a
requirement to schedule the tasks to be completed, tasks that are more important than others
should be handled during the early phases of project development (Larson 2013). Below is a
diagram showing my work breakdown
Task Critical path Start Finish Duration
Task 1 yes Week 1 Week 7 7 weeks
Task 2 yes Week 7 Week 15 8 weeks
Task 3 no Week 15 Week 21 6 weeks
Task 4 yes Week 21 Week 21 1 week

Project breakdown plan
Budget plan
Specification Cost in $ state
manpower 20,000 Full payment
hardware 15000 Partial payment
software 16500 Partial payment
Licensing and hosting 2000 Full payment
The budget estimates is prone to change owing to the current market trends, it is therefore my
responsibility to study the market trend then make better costs plan. Manpower costs should be
paid in full before the start of the project. Most projects fail to achieve the targets due to sluggish
payments to workers; workers should be paid well to boost their morale towards service delivery.
Licensing of various software that we will be using will also require full payment. The hardware
and software specifics will not require full payment because not all software or hardware will be
used at the same time.

a) Bazaar Ceramics CEO needs to resolve completely towards online service. Large adverts
giving information about the new products can be displayed using HTML page. The
advert will induce addition of more fees to the project; we will also have to pay some
popular websites a share so that they can have the adverts pop in their websites hence
reaching more customers. It is advantageous to have an advert online than just having it
beside highways.
b) The opinion to have overseas product supplies is good and Bazaar has brought it out at
the right time. This will of course incur additional costs since we will have to seek
cooperation with international companies that offer global deliveries. This will include
additional of payment methods and linking then to global banks.

Upon testing the website, we came to a conclusion that we had really reached our intended goals.
The website is perfect, the authentication application is working. The administrative
functionalities are way above board. The system is user friendly, out of the 28 users that engaged
in the testing exercise, 27 gave us a thump up.
