to manage an organized plan in a passionate way to the individuals in the organization. The goal is to

work well and enjoy the challenge in the work environment. Therefore, it helps to build the
professional skill and domain skill of the employee, which help to enhance the growth of the
company.

management category. The monster.com site listed more than thousands of job and the responsibility
is performed by the project manager (Marchewka, 2016). The responsibilities include management of
link smoothly, staff and clients can keep rolling the project. The project management job requires a
skilled person, technical competence and business acumen to successfully complete the project on
which the project management team is working.

phase to complete the project successfully (Schwalbe, 2015). Providing various resources to the
completion of the project in the expected time duration by delivering a high quality project in a cost-
effective manner.
Although the functionality performed by different project managers can vary with respect to
various industry and organization, in most of the situation, they act almost similar job regardless of all
of these differences. In fact, the project management skills required in every field, related to IT, from
network specialist to database administration to lab technician, etc. The project management job is
highly demanded (Walker, 2015). Therefore, most of the organizations have recruited new university
graduates to fulfil the position which is basically held by the skilled professional. Let us take an

to new talents as a project associate. After the project associate gain credentials and experiences from
the training, they become a project manager or capable of continuing their career with managing a
superior version of the project.

associated with the project, maintains communications with various stakeholders and various project
organizations. Thus project manager has the ability to handle the transition efficiently and
successfully completed the project in a systematic fashion within estimates cost and time duration.
