INTRODUCTION
A detailed description of the activities in series which are aimed to solve a certain
problem is project proposal (Savage, J., 2016). A written document sent to a particular client in
order to obtain a specific job. Any proposal which has some details to do or achieve something is
plan. A key project deliverable that helps to organise the team work into manageable sections is
work breakdown. A chart of horizontal lines that are shown to complete the production in certain
period for a certain amount of work in the planned days is Gantt chart.
PROJECT PROPOSAL AND PLAN
In the first step it is identified that what the actual problem is and the rough vision is
prepared to solve the problem faced in IT Projects management plan. Logical framework is made
to understand the structure of the ideas proposed for the project for systematic working. In
second step to manage IT Projects plan it is necessary to find the sources of fund for the project
plan. The third step is to build IT projects proposal by the team leaders which will be advisable
to assign the lead role to one specific person. The proposal should be effectively communicated
for regulation and better results (McLeod, H., 2016). The fourth step taken is to discuss and
develop the proposal plan for small team in IT projects. The outsiders such as stakeholders or the
other specialists helps to find the loop poles in the plan for the improvement.
WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE
Work breakdown is structure used to manage IT projects into smaller components for
better understanding of the project plan. This structure helps to manage the team work by proper
knowledge about the topic. The elements of work breakdown structure are products, data,
services or any combination of these. This also provides the necessary framework for detailed
cost estimating and controlling the schedule's development (Haberl & et.al., 2016). The
breakdown structure also helps in planning of natural development of IT projects. The structure
permits in summing of subordinates cost of task, materials, etc. into their IT projects. The
development of work breakdown structure occurs at the start of any project and involves the
working details of project and the task planning. It helps in assigning the responsibilities to the
worker to work more effectively on IT projects. Construction of the work breakdown structure
should have done with help of expertise of the subject.

GANTT CHART
Gantt chart is the type of bar chart that is used to schedule IT projects. This also known
as project management chart for any project. This chart helps to know the finish and the start
date of any project. It also helps to know the present status of the project in the company. It is
most popular and useful chart which shows the daily or weekly activities of IT project on the
time bases (Azhar & et.al., 2017). The list of activities are kept on the left of the chart along with
suitable time frame. All activities are represented by bar, the position and the length of the bar
shows star date of IT projects and also denotes the duration of end date of the activities. These
charts are majorly used for the tracking projects scheduling. In these chart some additional
information about the task or the projects can be edited. These charts are prepared in Excel on
daily bases.

Project management plan on implementing advance technologies.
Step : 1 discussion and explanation of the project plan and it components to the
stakeholders : project planning is a set of living documents that can be expected to change as per
the project.
Step : 2 Roles and responsibilities of an individual : many people are involved in project
planning. Project sponsors, project manager, project team, end users, stakeholders, etc should be
present in the planning to give some new and innovative ideas in developing of IT projects.
Step : 3 Meeting : Roles and responsibilities of the each worker in the project should be
clear. Difficulties in the project understanding or vision of project not clear to the employees
should be discussed (Soltanizadeh & et.al., 2016).
Step : 4 Need of planning : Project objective should set in the starting of planning. The
benefits for completing the project in time should be explained properly to the employees.
Step : 5 Scope of planning : There is a need to develop a scope statement, they need to be
developed into a work break down structure. The lower level is called work package and can be
numbered to correspond in the activities.
Step : 6 Schedule and cost of plan : Estimation of cost of resources, using the hourly rate
and the estimation of complete task after identifying activities needed to be produced.
Step : 7 Setting deadlines to complete project : All these management plans includes
review and approval process for modifying the plans. New request in change scope, schedule,
budget in modifying the project is needed to improve.
Step : 8 Staffing plans : The plan chart in which time periods such as months, quarter,
year in that resources will come to leave the project (Das & et.al., 2017). This is similar to other
project charts such as Gantt chart, but does not show finishing and starting the dates of the task.
It only shows the time period and resources utilised in the project.
Step : 9 Ensuring the quality of risk involved in project : It helps to estimate the quality
of project. The emphasis on project quality is done to avoid the rejections and errors in the
project. The quality of the project decides responsibilities to be performed by the worker in the
task. It also helps to reduce the risk of the project.
