be the 3rd biggest sector to earn foreign currency. The IT sector today is rising on the pace and
has been successfully ranked its position. Today, every country is trying to develop the IT sector
to stand stable and earn a good income which will at the end increase the GDP of a country
(Wall, 2017).
Importance of IT
IT has introduced computers which has changed the concept of the business world. Using
computers and hardware’s and software’s, business use IT to make sure that their particular
departments are running smoothly or not. IT is used in various departments like human resource,
finance, manufacturing and security. Today with the help of IT, businesses have got the ability to
see and visualize the changes that exists in the global market and also helps to purchase packages

created in an organization and which creates huge number of problems. The corrective action
needs to be taken to solve the issues are the experts must have huge information of the systems

it provides valuable information to be equipped. The huge amount of data which are produced
cannot be processed by traditional software written and tested by human beings. Rather, several
information technology are used like AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence to examine and look for
patterns. Thus, it will provide a good career with an aptitude and interest. But there is very less
chance in the growth if the workforce employed in IT because today more systems are self-
learning rather than programmed by humans (Vesterli, 2016).
