INTRODUCTION
Emotional intelligence is referred to as an ability which helps in managing and
identifying the emotions of an individual and also the emotions of others (Mikhaylov, Esteve and
Campion, 2018). However, cultural intelligence is considered to be as an ability which is very
prominent in effectively communicating with the various individual who tends to belong to
different culture. This study will focus on clearly identifying the key challenges and issues
related with the IT sector company. Moreover, this study also comprises of reflective statement
which tends to determine the implications of these challenges and issues on the individual.

One of the biggest challenge associated with the IT Company today is to effectively bring
high degree of vital change within the economic culture (Bolton and Foxon, 2015). The

which are expensive and it also results in higher degree of maintainability risk which in turn is

biggest critical challenge associated with the information technology company. It is very crucial

individual which is very challenging for the company. The company must focus on creating a
strong backup plan and appropriate software which helps in ensuring that the data of the

application downtime and loss of the data (Bennett, Pérez-Bustamante, and Medrano, 2017).
Data corruption jeopardise, viruses and accidental data deletion is the continuous risk to the
information technology company because it is considered to be very complex to recover data sets
within efficient manner. Increased degree of regulation and high expenses to the IT Company to
protect data is one of the most challenging task. Had degree of resources such as labour expenses
and excessive capex is required in order to manage the growth of the data. Information
technology staff who has been managing offsite backup tends to have major degree of issue to
manage redundant software and hardware in multiple remote areas (Antony, 2015). Cloud data
protection in turn is considered to be as one of the most relevant approach which helps in
securing and effectively protecting the data of the IT Company.
Skill gap: Skill gap is considered to be one of the most prominent influencing issues and
challenges within the information technology sector. This in turn will result for the management
of the organisation to seek help from outside of the company which is a costly affair and also
time-consuming. Lack of skilled and prominent skilled professionals who have perfect attributes
to carry out certain set of task within the organisation with utmost level of accuracy and
efficiency (Tittagala, Hadidimoud, and Liang, 2016). Outsourcing this is considered to be one of
the crucial factor for the. This leads to giving away more important data of the company to the
outside sources is. Generation Z tends to have high degree of control over the newer and
advanced technology.

As per the Dashboard analysis it has been evaluated that, the users has increased from
45.5K. There has been new users of 43.2K. The product revenue is estimated to be $3.22 Billion
and around 66 transactions has been carried out. There is estimated to be 0.1% ecommerce
conversion. The desktop device tends to have high degree of page views and sessions when
compared with the mobile and tablets. Desktop tends to have number of clicks to 52.1/%.
However, mobile tends to have number of clicks to 45.1% and the remaining click is from tablet.
The search volume clicks and impression has been carried out over the period of time.

Reflection
I have completely analyse the key challenges and issues which has been faced by the
information technology company. The study has help me gain wider set of perspective and
evaluate various range of challenges which in turn influence the growth of the IT Company.
These issues and challenges can directly impose higher degree of risk on my future career
growth. Hence, this is very necessary for me to develop certain set of skills and knowledge
which is considered to be very necessary to carry out all the task within the information
technology company with accuracy. I have also realised that, cloud computing skills are
considered to be very high in demand because it helps in securing large number of data sets at
most level of accuracy and relevance. Cloud computing is one of the ultimate enabler because it
opens up various level of new channels of revenue by leveraging wide range of technologies
such as internet of things and artificial intelligence. Developing various set of IT skills helps in
taking decisions to protect wide set of data. Data protection and hacking of the private
information of the company is considered to be one of the most prominent challenge which has
been faced by the information technology company currently. Improving my skills in
cybersecurity is considered to be one of the most effective approach because it helps in reducing
the various threats associated with the cyber-attacks, hacking of the personal information, threat
of breach or loss of data, etc. I have gained that, there is a need of cybersecurity professional
with high degree of appropriate skills which helps in defending the organization, military
networks and government. I have also evaluated that, data management and analytical skills are
considered to be very prominent for me to develop because it helps in gaining high degree of
critical business decision which in turn helps in carrying out all the operation within the business

sector. Providing appropriate tech support and effectively complying with the various effective
advanced technologies related with the IT company sector is very prominent for me to attain
better software and hardware skills which eventually helps in effectively complying with the
future threats of the IT sector company. Virtualization is considered to be very prominent
because it helps in reducing the information technology expenses and it also helps in increasing
the agility of the information technology. Virtualization is considered to be very prominent
because it helps in accelerating the transformation associated with the cloud computing.
However, this study was considered to be very useful because it helps in reducing the various set
of challenges and issues which is associated within the information technology sector.
CONCLUSION
From the conducted study it has been concluded that, Data proliferation is also one of the
most challenging issue which has been faced by the information Technology Company.

company. Data protection and security is very crucial for the company to protect private
information and data from certain set of external as well as internal threats. It has been
