Week 4 covers financial management in IT, including financial planning, budgeting, and business cases. Finally, Week 5 discusses capacity management, its importance, and its proactive nature in meeting current and future IT needs, ensuring the continuity of services. The lectures cover key aspects of IT service delivery, governance, and management.
