SFIA framework is essential to analyse oneself in various parameters required by ITC
professionals. After the understanding of SFIA framework, I glance at my current resume
which made me realize that it instantly requires a vital and valid upgradation. In order to have
an impressive resume, it has to be appealing and enticing to the recruiter within the first few
seconds. It is obvious that a presentable resume has the proper formatting and font
management (Costa & Santos, 2017). I will showcase my SFIA generic and professional
skills separately in the resume which is helpful for recruiter. I will begin elaborating my
knowledge set and calibre in terminology of SFIA framework. With mention of the kind, my
strengths where I am going to put them into affective use that would enhance the functioning
value of the job I am applying for, my weaknesses is I am planning to overcome my
weaknesses so that they do not affect my functioning, the skills and abilities that I possess. I
will then mention my core competencies judged from the SFIA framework, and go on to
explain how and why I am an applicable and potential candidate for the job.

Autonomy (Level 3)
As an individual, I am the kind who performs under general supervision. I often use
discretion in identifying issues I find complex and complicated for myself. I am specific in
functioning, and have been someone who often puts forth excelling performances that
generates milestones for peers and fellow subordinates. I can be on level four of Autonomy
once I figure out way of functioning on my own.
Influence (Level 3)
I am someone who enjoys interacting with peers and has a capability that influences fellow
members. I have been dealing with customers, partners, and suppliers previously. I am good
at monitoring and taking decisions that are in favour of situations or team that I am
monitoring. I can be on level four with change of tad bit habits that include interacting with
people that benefit the organization and company.
Complexity (Level 3)
I have calibre to function in varied environment without permitting it to affect my work and
management. I apply methodical approach to generate a solution in a complex situation. I can
be on level four of complexity once I begin pushing myself into reviving solution from
practical approach.
Business Skills (Level 3)
I take initiative in analysing and improving my personal skills; efficient writing,
communication, and effective projection of ideas and innovations. I operate on fix schedules
and plans; only modifying on the needs and expectations of the superiors. I can be on level
four of Business Skills when I begin performing on my own ideologies and opinions (Pereira,
et. al., 2017).
