AI Summary
This project proposal outlines the development of an IT solution aimed at streamlining the appointment scheduling process for asylum seekers, particularly focusing on the context of registration offices in Turkey. The project identifies the challenges faced by staff and proposes an IT system to address these issues. The dissertation explores research questions related to the IT solution's effectiveness in resolving these challenges and the procedures required for asylum seekers to book appointments. The research methodology involves both primary and secondary data collection, including interviews and the use of databases. The IT artefact includes a questionnaire created in MS Excel and the implementation of a database to ensure data reliability. Evaluation will be conducted using qualitative data analysis and descriptive analysis. The project's outline details participant selection and emphasizes the use of descriptive research design and non-probabilistic sampling. The software design will focus on addressing the challenges faced by asylum office staff.

Project aims and objectives:
The prime objectives of this proposal is the identification of the effectiveness of an IT
solution which can be used by the registration offices in Turkey which will be very much
significant for appointing a date for the asylum seekers (Ela, Palmintier and Krad 2019). The
challenges faced by each of the staff members in terms of the booking facilities can be
addressed in an organized manner using this IT solution.
Dissertation questions
The dissertation questions of this paper are listed as followings:
How can the IT solution help in resolving the challenges faced by the staffs of the
asylum?
What are the procedures which must be adopted by programmers in the IT solution
which might help the clients of the asylum to book their seats.
Research methods
Primary and secondary data collection methods shall be incorporated in this proposal.
Primary data shall be obtained using an interview which shall be shared with more than 10
participants who understands the significance of IT systems in business organizations.
Participants from different ages shall be considered during this data collection technique
(Bartlett et al. 2015). Secondary data shall be collected from secondary sources like
government databases.

IT artefact
The two IT artefacts which will be considered in this proposal is the questionnaire
which will be created using MS Excel. The usage of a database can also be very much useful
in this proposal as it will be ensure the reliability of the data collected from the participants.
Evaluation
The data collection of the primary sources shall be evaluated using the qualitative data
analysis technique. Descriptive analysis shall be performed in this proposal as it will help to
study this paper in a descriptive manner.
Project outline
The selection of the participants in the primary data collection procedure of this paper
is very much significant to identify the findings of this proposal. The participants are selected
in such a way so that the findings of the proposal is very much justified (Elswick et al. 2016).
The reliability of this data collection procedure is much more than data collected from
secondary sources. Participants aged between 20-45 shall be given the opportunity to
participate in this data collection procedure. The features and the functionalities of the new IT
system can be understood in the first place using the data collected from government sources.
The significance new system can also be understood from the questionnaires.
This proposal shall be considering that the descriptive research design as this design is
very much useful to study the topic from a different perspective. The validation of both the
variables can be one of the most significant contribution of this research design technique. At
the same time, it can also be said that non probabilistic sampling method shall be deployed in
this project (Lamadrid et al. 2018). The software shall be designed in such a way so that it
helps to address each if the challenges faced by the staffs of this asylum.
