Ms Office
Microsoft office is refereed as the family of client software and servers which are developed for the
customers by Microsoft. The company was founded by bill gates in 1998. The Microsoft is
considered as the most effective and efficient tool nowadays which is used by various business and
the organisations so that thy can perform their various tasks and activities easily along with the
management of time(Autio, Mudambi and Yoo, 2021). Microsoft contains various programmes
such as, word processor, spreadsheet program and presentation program as well which is also
refereed as the power point presentation. Microsoft is also being developed for line-of-business
software under the application brand of Office brand. The software has various uses as it is a suite
of applications which helps in better productivity and completing the common tasks on a computer.
The individuals can complete and create various documents and can also edit them so as to make
changes when required. It is a specific tool which is also helpful in performing the creative tasks
such as the effective presentations and other relevant tasks and activities such as working with the
data in spreadsheets and databases along with the making of posters.
McAfee
The McAfee corporation is is an American global computer security software company which is
headquartered in San Jose, California, founded in 1996. It is a security plan which is a diagnostic
tool which makes sure that the device is being protected from various dangers and other scam
activities. The McAfee also checks the computer for the up-to-date antivirus and web security
software(Fenu and Malloci, 2020). This security plans also scans for the threats such as malware,
trojans and other unwanted programs that are actively running on the device and can create a threat
to the functions and the operations of the computer.
2.0 Define and provide examples for each of the systems
DSS (Decision Support System)- This is the programming application which is used by
the company to improve the criteria in respect to the decision making system of the
company. It can be functioned in two ways i.e., with the help of computer system or by
complete control of human over the practices.
ESS (Executive Support System)- It helps in converting the information which are present
at executive level. In this system a report has been formed to show the various structure of

relevant information in between the business organisation which useful in issuing the
knowledge to the customers about the new advance technologies which are developed by the
management in the information technology industry.
3.0 What is Globalisation? what are the effects of IT on Globalisation.
The term Globalisation is refereed as the process by which the business and the organisation can
develop the international influence and access so as to gain various advantages . It is also refers to
the increase in integration among people, companies and government worldwide. It can also help
the people and goods to move easy crosswise the borders. Mainly, it's an economical concept –
including the integrating of markets, commerce and investments with a few barriers to slow the
flowing of products and services between the nations. The Globalisation is also Affecting various
sectors of the Economy including the Information and Technology sector as well as,
it provides the pathways ton the continuous development and technological upgradations
which can help the business and the industrial sector to perform effectively and efficiently.
Along with that, it also threatens the survival of Indigenous IT firms and their functional
ability as well.
The intense transformation and changes in the technological sector all around the world has
made it quite complex for different operations which are being performed on a daily basis in
the organisation.
