(Lu et al. 2015). The main objective of this paper is to understand the perspective of the IT in
solving the problems in a small IT farm. This discussion will identify the significance of the IT
in the organizational development. The conclusion can be drawn from the factors found from the

The problem domain of this organization is that Organic food is facing the problem
regarding the business expansion. For expanding the business, there are certain factors those are
needed to be taken care of. The consumer base is needed to be improved. It has been seen that
the activity of this organization is limited to the locality from where the organization has striated
the business (Varela et al. 2017). The organization is serving the quality service, that makes it to
gain the proper reputation. However, the organization lacks from the proper marketing. Apart
from that the products are not showcased to the consumers in a proper way. This is making the
business of this organization limited to a certain number of people (Trad and Kalpić 2016). Apart
from that company is not gaining the required profit to make the expansion of the business.
