From the above study it can be concluded that application of IT system in the company is
very essential for be in the competitive edge and it plays vital role in various functions of the
organisations. In this study it is concluded that IT system also contributes in the achievement of
organisational goals effectively and efficiently. It is analysed in the present study that IT system
assists in storage and processing of the data for various management concern of Blackberry
telecommunication organisation, and also ensure its rapid growth among the competitors. It is
recommended to Blackberry's managers to apply IT system to find the solutions of common
problems of business to gain competitive advantages.

managers of blueberry to take the decisions according to the scenario and thus will
improve the interpersonal communication within the company. It will also help in
