New IT system and its benefit
The new IT system that can be used in the process is namely ITIL. There are 5 major
benefits that are considered in the operational process. Service strategy have been one of the
major advantage that is to be performed. This IT system helps in developing better business
goals Better understanding of the requirement have been another issue that is eliminated with the
help of ITIL. Another aspect that is considered in the process is that Service design is performed.
This service design have been helping the organization in proper outlining of the IT policies and
hence wise this ensures that architecture and framework have been acting as a major advantage.
Service transition is yet another advantage that is received in the process (Gehrmann 2012). This
section ensures that the data that are performed will be providing better advices that it will
generate due to the data that are provided as input. Environmental interruptions have been
another aspects that are to be considered. Even these factors are considered in this section.

How will it eliminate the issues that are present?
For eliminating the issues that are present in the system, usage of new IT system can be
used. With the help of usage of ITIL, the major instance that is to be considered sis that the then
present issue of storage can be easily eliminated. Data storage and data sorting is automatically
performed. This section ensures that proper updates will be taken.

Strengths
The major strength of the organization Bio_tech Medical Center, Inc. is that the
employee strength of the organization is not very high and hence proper management of the
employees can be made. This section ensures that the efficiency of the working process is well
monitored and chances of any kind of issue gets decreased.
Diverse payment acceptance method have been one of the major activity that is to be
considered in this process. With the diverse payment method the main advantage that is received
is that the clients and the patients can be providing vivid payment process. This have been one of
the reason that there are presence of higher number of patients.
Weakness
 The major weakness that is present in the operating process of Bio_tech Medical Center,
Inc. is that the entire process is performed in a manual manner. This might lead to
inaccuracy in the auditing process. This inaccuracy in the auditing process might also
lead to improper revenue calculation.
 The entire process gets slower as the billing process is performed in a manual manner.
IT system implementation
The IT system that is to be implemented in the process is COBIT 5.
Benefits of using the new COBIT 5
The major benefits that are enjoyed due to the implementation of the COBIT 5 is that
operational process is completely performed in an automated manner (Huygh et al., 2018). This

is the major reason of using COBIT 5 and thus it will be eliminating the issues that might arise
due to manual processing (Chandra and Wella 2017).
