Strengths
2 strengths that are present in the organization of Amazonee Best Corporation are as follows: -
1. Usage of ERP system
Usage of ERP system in the operational process is considered to be important. The major
benefits that are present in the operational process includes having a focused cost. The IT cost
gets focused. The visibility of the entire operational process gets increased. The reporting and
planning process of the entire working process also gets improved. Data security of Amazonee
Best Corporation also gets improved. It have been seen that the initial cost of implementing ERP
have been high. However, in case the ERP that is implemented is used for a prolonged period
reduces the cost of the entire working process. As Amazonee Best Corporation have been using
the ERP system for about 10 years, the cost that is incurred in the operational process gets
decreased. This decrease in the operational process have been affecting the business process is a
cost effective manner.
2. Free on Board Destination
Another benefit that is received in the working process is that the delivery of the products have
been high. This section ensures the fact that the diversity of the delivery of goods have been
high. This is one of the major aspect that is to be considered. With an increased range of delivery
area, area of business increases.

1. Improper storing of goods: Storing of goods have been one of the major issue that is to be
considered. This section ensures that the delivery and distribution of goods have been
getting affected in a negative manner.
2. Lack of physical count of inventory
It have been seen that the goods that are present in the go down are not calculated in a
proper manner. This is one of the major aspect that will be affecting the business process.
3. Inefficient updating of the log book: the log book is not updated in a regular manner. This
have been affecting the functional process of Amazonee Best Corporation. Data
distortion also takes place and this affects the operational process.
Benefits of installing newer IT systems
The new IT system that can be used in the process is namely COBIT 5.
There are certain benefits that are present in the operational process of COBIT 5 includes
providing a systematic approach that ensures that enhances the operational process (De Haes,
Van Grembergen and Debreceny 2013). The entire framework have been providing a better
understanding of the goal of the business organization and hence wise benefits the decision
making. Innovation process is also benefitted (Pasquini and Galiè 2013).
Way it will be eliminating the issues that are present in the system
The issues that are considered in the operational process are namely the improper storing
of goods, lack of physical count of inventory and inefficient updating of the log book. It can be
stated that the data that are generated in the operational process of the business are stored in a
proper manner by the COBIT 5 (Preittigun, Chantatub and Vatanasakdakul 2012). Hence the

issues regarding storing and counting of inventory is eliminated. Data is auto updated and hence
there will be no need of using log book.
