function various departments of the company smoothly. Effective IT system helps the
organization in managing all the functions of the business efficiently. This study is based on the
JS super market which deals with the large variety of products and services. This super market
provides various products such as fashion clothing items, food products, sports wear, groceries
etc. This Study will help in understanding the significance of using IT system in JS super market
that will increase the efficiency and performance of the business. The report will concentrate
towards different departments of the company use IT system to store the data and information.
This research will also make a clear understanding about the different business functions which

to make their staff follow them with discipline. Along with this, there must be a determination
that prioritize the technological needs in optimum levels by defining and identifying the

2018). However, if there is a need to set up few standard measurements to capture the
performance of an organization through to implementing several meetings and programs.

that supports the value added change in the organisation. The research will help in identifying
various business functions that uses HRIS (Human resource information system) and MIS
(Management information system)system to improve the performance of the JS market. This
study has also concluded that adopting the latest technology in the company engage the
employees in understanding the concepts rather then focussing of the small operations of the
business. The report had also provided various recommendations to support the value added
