The unmanaged and improper working of the employees can also be managed by the
establishment of information technology in their system. HSBS, BNP Paribas, UBS, Citibank etc
banking organizations are all adopted different different information technology system to
enhance its work processes and performances. Miscommunication also a vital role problem at the
workplaces. IT can create a powerful communication management between the staffs,
management community and employer. It increase the performances and working capabilities of
the employees or staff and also encourage them to enhance productivity in the organization for
achieving high success. So that, baking sector should have to transform their all manual process
into digitally to conduct their operational activities in a very effective and quick way.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above discussion it can be concludes that effective and efficient use of
information technology has contributed in improving quality and standard of the performance at
Barclays. Without IT system, banking organizations can not operate its works quickly and error
