Introduction
Project management is an essential aspect which needs to undertake by managers so that things
and activities get done properly. It is essential for a project manager to understand the things
properly so that effective outcome ascertain properly. For managing a project, it is essential to

report constitutes a project name as i-crop developed by Virtucon for Globex corporation. This
report will be going to include organizational value, scope and scope management attribute with
key deliverables and acceptance criteria. A work breaks down structure will be going to include
so that all task and operations divided properly. Moreover, risk factors will be determined so that
they get mitigate properly and enhance the quality of a project. The last stage of a charter will be
closure and evaluation so that all aspects are done in a better and signify manner.

Project Description
Globex Corporation is a famous agriculture solution provider company in Australia which assists
and supports to manage to farm. The company is also providing different types of equipment and
solutions so that farming becomes effective and efficient in nature. Thus, the company wants to
develop software which assists farmers to sell their grains and manage payment system. The
motive of this system is to protect farmers and their grains to remain unsold. Thus, the company
provides a contract to Virtucon a famous software developer company. The name of an
application will be i-Crop which gets done by a team of four people: analysts, manager,
developer, and designer of software. The key objectives of I-Crop are identified as follow:
 To manage transparency in the system of payment to protect customers.
 To manage confidentiality in the payment system for the customer's welfare.
 To define proper work status about the project to the clients.
The time duration for a project will be three months so that things went into right and appropriate
direction. All people need to be honest for the team and work and manage suitable
communication with each other to make project successful. They should have to follow the code
of ethics so that all things lead to get done in a relevant and suitable manner. The company is
working towards the efficiency of the project so that rights of stakeholders manage and maintain
for a long period of time. Thus, such aspects are required to undertake by Virtucon so that a
proper software or application can be developed for Globex Corporation.

Identification of the desired area of impact
The first and essential thing for a project is the assessment of values related to a project to derive
efficient outcome values can accomplished in a relevant and suitable manner (Gurjar, 2016).
Thus, the project manager has to ascertain the organizational value so that impact can be
assessed easily and properly. The four areas which are identified as the desired area of impact
would be:
 Strategy
 Customer
 Financial
 Operational
 Social
All these areas required to rank properly in terms of importance so that the project manager can
evaluate their benefits properly. Below is an assessment of all such elements with a description
of the importance to all and the associated impact on the project:

which enables them to implement the project. A positive and effective
strategy will be going to make a positive impact on a project.

better outcome. Moreover, financials of a company will be made a
positive impact as adequate availability of fund enable in better

execution of operations.
Social Social aspect ill is positive in nature as it enables in to maximize the
popularity of software. Along with this, such software directly
enhances the value of a project as it helps farmers and many people to
consume grains directly.

The values which are associated with the project of Globex consider as essential to determine.
With an understanding of the values, management becomes able to make software as per the
desire of clients. Thus, it is essential to determine values associated with a project to obtain an
effective and efficient outcome. Following are the values associated with a project which need to
undertake in a relevant and suitable manner:
 Better: i-Crop is better to use as it enables farmers to improve quality and make grains as
per user's wish and demand. Along with this, it is easy to use so that farmers can sell their

For the acceptance of the application in the actual world the maker of i-crop checks all the
