assessed easily and properly. The four areas which are identified as the desired area of impact
would be:
Strategy
Customer
Financial
Operational
Social
All these areas required to rank properly in terms of importance so that the project manager can
evaluate their benefits properly. Below is an assessment of all such elements with a description
of the importance to all and the associated impact on the project:
Elements Potential Impact
Customers A project of Globex Corp. Will is going to make a positive impact on
the customer. This will be helped farmers and users to consume grains
directly from farmers and transfer money in their account. Thus, it has
helped to manage economic standard properly.
Strategy The next important thing is a strategy which helped to implement
things properly. Thus, Virtucon has to identify a relevant strategy
which enables them to implement the project. A positive and effective

execution of operations.
Social Social aspect ill is positive in nature as it enables in to maximize the
popularity of software. Along with this, such software directly
enhances the value of a project as it helps farmers and many people to
consume grains directly.
Values associated with a project
The values which are associated with the project of Globex consider as essential to determine.
With an understanding of the values, management becomes able to make software as per the
desire of clients. Thus, it is essential to determine values associated with a project to obtain an
effective and efficient outcome. Following are the values associated with a project which need to
undertake in a relevant and suitable manner:
Better: i-Crop is better to use as it enables farmers to improve quality and make grains as
per user's wish and demand. Along with this, it is easy to use so that farmers can sell their
grains; determine suitable pieces of equipment for farming with pesticides information.
Thus, this software is better to use to improve the quality of customers.
Faster: This software and application of i-Crop are faster as compared with others. Thus,
it enhances the efficiency of software so that all things lead to incorporate in a right and
beneficial direction. Faster experience will be directed the individual to consume
products via application rather than other aspects.
Develop an appropriate metric
The target for developing this software or application defines certain attributes which are
discussed as follow:
To provide grains for such customers which live in remote areas
To make application helpful for farmers so that farming issues could be minimized.
To provide healthy grains to clients for maximizing their health standard.
With these signified targets, certain stakeholder’s aspects are also associated with a project. It is
essential to understand the expectations of all stakeholders with a project so that efficient
outcome underpin properly. Following are the stakeholders which define with an i-Crop project:
Document Page
Stakeholders Expectations
Agro product suppliers Suppliers of a company are expected to take payment on time so
that efficiency in operations get maintained and managed for the

The team of a project The team of a project are expected to get proper remuneration for
a project. Along with this, they also want some reward against it
so that effective and efficient outcome determine for a long
duration.
Globex Company The most affected stakeholders from a project will be Globex.
They want to define an application so that farmers problems
related to farming resolve in a frequent and determined manner.
Sponsor Sponsors are expected to enhance goodwill of a company and its

with this, they are expected to determine suitable return from a
project.
With these expectations, a proper judgment about quantitative targets is essential to draw. With
such targets, management can assess an increase and decrease of money properly so that efficient
outcome anticipates properly. Following are certain quantitative aspects which need to undertake
properly by project manager:
Profit is essential to enhance by 10% within the next two months after the launch of
an application.
To resolve 90% problems of farmers while doing farming.

Determine the timeframe for achieving the MOV
The time frame is a duration in which the project gets completed the aspects (Tirado, 2013).
Time duration is essential to understand in advance so that effective and efficient
accomplishment of the target becomes possible. Below is a timeframe which created by the
project manager of i-Crop so that it accomplishes all determine objectives of a project or MOV
of a project:

A scope is identified and consider an aspect of a project which initiates and analyzed for a
project. The scope is important to determine in advance so that things went into a right and
suitable direction. A project manager has to understand the scope of a project so that it can
contribute and add some value to a project (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). The scope of a project of
i-Crop is considered as wide in nature as it helps different people in the distinct section. Like for
farmers, it is helpful to sell grains, purchase equipment, maintain suitable bank balance etc. On
the other hand, for customers is work as an essential application to maintain health standard.
Hence, distinct values and aspects are identified with a project so that suitable crops get
manufacture. The wide nature of i-Crop has identified due to certain features and aspects of a
project:
The application is accessible from any device and from any location.
It helps in providing advice about farming aspects to farmers so that quality products get
manufacture.
Direct interface with a bank account so that information renders to the individual in a
relevant manner.
Provide an opportunity to purchase and sell grains and types of equipment for farming to
reduce the cost of the warehouse.
I-Crop has a wide scope which enables business and customers to ascertain the different and
distinct range of benefits. Thus, with such scope of a project, a scope management plan is
required to undertake.

Define the scope of the project and detail how the scope will be managed.
The scope of a project is wide in nature so that all farmers and customers can take benefits of an
i-Crop software. The scope of a project is wide because management wants to resolve the
maximum problems of clients and increase profit by 20% within the next few months. Thus, to
manage the scope of a project, certain tools and techniques will be going to use. Following is a
list of aspects that enable and assist to manage the scope of a project:

manage the expert’s value so that relevant and suitable outcome identifies effectively.
Checklist: Another aspect which is helpful to fulfill the scope is a project would be a
checklist. It is helpful to define things in a relevant manner so that a proper inspection
leads to taking place about the project and its consideration. This has helped to determine
that a task gets done in a suitable and relevant manner or not.
The i-crop project has been supported with these two aspects which enable to accomplish and
define the scope of a project. This has been resulted to maximize attribute of software so that all
people can use it in an appropriate manner.

Key Deliverables
In order to develop a project effectively, there is a need to identify the key derivable and apply
the work structure accordingly. The project manager of Virtucon is needed to identify all the key
deliverables so as to make i-crop an effective and successful project. To make a successful
project the major factors are needed to be identified in order to deal with the needs of the clients
and the available resources. The key deliverables for this project are mentioned below:
Support in the interaction of all the parties effectively in order to avoid mediocre in
the project
Transactions are synchronized and aligned effectively
Farmers are empowered to provide good quality good and products
Evaluate the functionality of all sections involved in the process.
In order to satisfy the need of Globex, the team of Virtucon has been working effectively to
deliver the accuracy and production of the software. The development of I-crop is based on the
application of these deliverables so as to rectify the current process and make application of the
same in the strategic development of an individual (Neumann, et. al., 2012).
Acceptance Criteria
For the acceptance of the application in the actual world the maker of i-crop checks all the
associated risks involved in the system and thus affecting the overall strategy and development
processes of the software (Burke, 2013). The project is accepted by the manager only when all
the values and all the requirements are feasibly checked and accessed in the system. In order to
accept the current structure, the manager has listed certain measures for the acceptance marking.
Accessible to rural and remote locations
Readable from all technical pieces of equipment like smartphones, laptops, tablets,
etc.
The base of the software should be strong and accessible in order to avoid network
and technical issues in the system.
Positive access to all the direct and indirect users.
In order to develop highly effective software, there should be acceptable to all the above-
mentioned structure and apply the knowledge in the same. The accurate and clear acceptance of

I-crop can be very effective in order to deal with the needs of the software’s and accept and
standardize the criteria in order to deal with the needs of the clients (Neumann, et. al., 2012).
Identify and detail the resources for the project using MS Project where appropriate
The resources are identified in the development of i-crop so as to take care of the project needs
and details in order to deal with the needs of the section. It is essential to categories the resources
and makes effective application of the same in the future aspect of the system. Below are the
required resources:
Thus these resources are part of every section and every part of the project analysis and
discussion this is helpful in identifying the needs of an individual and applying the same in the
development process. The proper functioning of these resources is mandatory in order to deal
with consumer needs and satisfy their needs (Kolisch, 2013).
