Identification and analysis of Ethical dilemma:
The given scenario is based on the study of the ethical dilemma which provides the learning
that the there is some issues which is happening in the company due to various reasons like
lack of communication and efficiency in the work and much more. As per the study, Ken is
the employee who worked for the company and their employer provides him project which
needs to accomplish on the selected period which is prepared on the past time. Due to some
reason, the employee called Ken have loos the deadline and fail to launch the system project
on schedule. The employer got tensed and give their reaction to the Ken which is not
tolerable for the employee even employer give their assurance that he can take the one-month
extension in the project submission (Park, 2014). But the employee is careless and he does
not think that this will harm their career and also make a negative impact on the various
aspect like financial crisis and drawback on the successful career. After all that, the Ken faces
the issues and that is why he decides to give resign in the company and then he going for the
bank after some times and he realizes that employer seas its salary account. The Ken does not
serve the probation period and also not properly follow the norms and regulation of the
company that is why the employee faces issues. The Employee faces the financial crisis and
also, he become jobless due to his past mistake and instant taking of wrong decision in the
working place. The Ken take the wrong decision and this is not good for their working career
so he must decide the proper thinking so that he will not face the failure in their professional
career.
On the other hand, the employer is the one who is the most responsible person who should
know each thing happen in the working place so that the company can ready for any disaster
which happens due to the mistake of the employee and employer (Yang, 2012). The lack of
communication is the main reason which creates the issues in the workplace and this has also
become the reason that the employees do not satisfy with the job. The lack of personnel
communication creates the dissatisfaction because the employee feels hesitated to convey
their issues which happen daily. On the other hand, the employees also do not feel good about
their job and they lose their interest in the workplace which affect their working efficiency
and this is the main reason that the employee even left their job. This is also the main reason
that the employee faces the issues on the various types when the employer does not
communicate with the employees on a direct basis. Most of the time, the mediator of the
communication plays a main role play and if he/she is not good and do not convey the exact
