Part A: Database research
History: Earlier, the database was used to get stored in the form of the Files and due to the
File system, there were a lot of errors occurred. Fetching of a particular type of Data was also
difficult as finding the particular data becomes really hard. Not just the data fetching but also
the updates became really hard to do and if done then there is a high risk of inconsistency in
data. The main reason for creating the present database was removing the inconsistency,
anomalies, and insecurity from the database. The safety of the data is must when the data gets
stored in bulk.
There are various inventions made after the database got developed and the three of
them are mentioned below as:
SQL- SQL is expressed as Structure Query Language that contains various commands which
also help in developing the database and also contains few of the commands that would
definitely be used for fetching of the particular kind of data.
Atomicity- Atomicity is the other introduction to the development of the database that purely
helps in keeping the data consistent, durable as well as makes sure if any of the data doesn’t
get repeated. Atomicity is must require a thing that would definitely help in keeping the data
safe and consistent.
Schema of Database- Having the proper structure of the database really helps in
understanding the data really well and due to the introduction or the development of having
the proper structure really makes the database very effective and efficient.
