This report presents a usability assessment of a local farm shop mobile application, detailing the design process, user requirements, and interface considerations. The application aims to offer various products such as wines, foods, and gifts, along with restaurant booking services. The design incorporates heuristic principles like consistency, adaptability, and error prevention. The report reflects on the design choices made throughout the four phases of the assignment, from initial design alternatives to final prototype refinement. A comparative analysis with a similar application, Farrington's Farm Shop, is also included, highlighting differences in features and security measures. The final design is based on Nielsen's heuristic model, ensuring an effective and user-friendly interface.
