Project Overview:
This project i-Crop is related to the development of an internet-based website along with the
application management system or we can say the mobile application by which the crop
grower and the crop seller both can be interlinked. We are working on behalf of the
Virtucon organisation, to develop the above-mentioned website and mobile application
system. This job has been assigned by the client that is Globex Corporation which has the
background experience of providing virtual Precision to the agriculture field by providing
various types of support to the organisation or person who is related with this field. Since we

Project Description:
The organisation Globex Corporation has been founded in the year 2013 by merging two
great business organisations "BT & Sons Farming Equipment" supplier and the "Riverina
Precision Farming". They are correctly located at various locations of New South Wales in
Australia add is having a background of providing support to the agriculture grower and the
supplier or the sellers. With the new intention to provide further support, the organisation is
planning to implement the project i-Crop. The project should have the primary features to
bring the seller at the growth of the crops closer so that they remained interdependent. By
developing this website, the crop grower can use the platform to book the crop they have

and becoming the preferred buyers in this platform to have better credit. In this whole
process, the client that is Globex Corporation can make their profit by accumulating the
percentage from the transfer of crop ownership and cash transactions. To maintain the quality
of crops, the screening criteria would be to use the crops of current season grains only and no
crops kept in the warehouse from earlier season can be booked or sold through this platform.

Previous Experience: While I was working in a team during my education in college,
I have worked in a team for developing assignment related to the technical topic.
During this exercise, I have experienced a mixed outcome of this process like
something was positive and even negative also which are as mentioned below:
Positive: For any given challenge which was very much difficult to solve as an
individual, the solution to that challenge could be easily identified by being in
the team (Kovač, 2018). This is so the teamwork culture can help in getting
the solution of critical and complex issues very easily.
Negative: During that same exercise between a few group members, we had a
miscommunication because of which the overall outcome of the exercise was
on the verge of getting cancelled. It has happened because the team members
were not on the same page at all time and so the miscommunication has
defaulted on the overall outcome.
Team Goal: From this experience, the team goal should be always to remain
updated about the project and its progress criteria so that the exact requirement
of the sponsor can always be delivered on time and cost limits.
Team Values: As a team the following team values are always required to be regarded
by the team members during this whole project lifecycle (Santilli, 2018):
1. Deliver quality product: all the team members should put their effort to
deliver the product that is the website at mobile application with all the
features and Expectations of stakeholders.
2. Deliver all the deliverables on time: all the team members should put their
effort to deliver the product added some products with it the type as per the
approved project schedule.
3. Behave cohesively: all the team members should work together as a team
and no one should criticize other's bad work. However, all the team
members should appreciate others good effort.
Code of Ethics: All the team members should add her to the team values mentioned
above and follow all the instructions of the office so that all can act as a single team to
achieve the common goal of delivering the website that mobile application as per the
expectations of Globex Corporation.
