and selling of crops. Instead of physical marketplace, the company has proposed to develop
an online marketplace named iCrop where the customers will be able to sell and buy crops
through a website or a dedicated mobile application using just a device and an internet
connection. This system will be faster and much more convenient for the customers. Hence,
the main desired values for the project are better and faster.
Step 3: Identify the Metrics
The project will be completed in 164 days and will require an estimated budget amount of
$827,240. With the expected return on investment, this invested amount will be completely
recovered within next one year along with the accumulation of profits.
Step 5: Agree with the Sponsor
