2.3.2 Project purpose
The project purpose is referred as the actual aim of the project. Here the actual project
is construct the building where the students can get the facilities from the university campus
(Kerzner, 2017). Within the university, there was not have proper dining café and also other
facilities including medical help as well as movies or recreation etc. For that, they are bound
to go at the outside for searching their native foods. To solve this issue, it requires to
construct a building where the students can get all of the facilities inside the university
campus. The project is going on the construction of the Kitchen which will open for 24 hours
to provide the proper food service to the students (Meredith, Mantel Jr & Shafer, 2017). The
kitchen will construct for almost 500 students and there requires to conduct a survey where
the student can find their native dishes.
Project goals
The goal of the project is to provide the good quality food so that the student can get
their native food. However, in this university, the students come from various countries and
for that they have different native foods. Due to this variation, there should conduct a survey
by which it can understand about their native foods. Moreover, the charges of the facilities do
not have any charges because all the charges should include in the annual residential charge.
The dining café should offer the foods with minimum charges to the students.
2.3.3 Project scope
The scope of the project is considered as project deliverables that is related with all of
the detailed information of project (Heagney, 2016). The project will relate with the
construction of the kitchen or a building where the students can get all the facilities from the
