Introduction
Virtucon is one of the leading software and application developers in the Riverine region of

Australia. It has been identified that it is required by the company to develop a new software

system such that it might be able to effectively and efficiently take care of the online payments

and methods. The software would be developed for Globex Corp. Globex is one of the leading

farm and agro-based organization. The system would be developed for online transactions such

that the farmers of the company would be able to sell their crops and the customers would be

able to place their bids as well. The system will introduce transparency in the operations of the

business and the clients would be able to get the best product for the price that is being offered

by them. The system that is being developed is named i-Crop.

Being a long-standing client of Globex, it is important for Virtucon to take into consideration

that the best services should be delivered. In order to ensure the same, Virtucon has made sure

that the current systems of the company are not replaced. For this, the company has developed a

detailed project management plan which will discuss and provide deep insights into the various

essentials of project management and development such as communication plan, stakeholder

management, project description etc. These are the essential constraints and topic which would

be covered in this report.

is the main document which provides specific and clear details about the project. I-Crop is one of

the most advanced online payment systems that would be implemented by Globex into their

operative systems. The project would not only help the company to manage the transaction but

will also help the organisation to increase its goodwill in the market by making use of best and

It has been found that there is a need to develop a transparent system such that the clients and

consumers are able to make transaction ins a hassle-free manner. The product offering and its

bids by the traditional method are taking time due to which it is required by the company to

ensure that these operations are conducted in a rapid pace and speed. This makes it important for

the project manager of the company to develop a system for the same (Yang et. al., 2015). in

order to do so, the company has approached its oldest software and computing solutions provider

Virtucon. The project that would be developed by Virtucon is named as i_Crop. I-Crop is an

online payment and sales system which allows the clients and suppliers that are associated with

Globex to make offerings about their products. This also allows the customers to see those offers

and make bids according to their needs and requirements. The transaction and payment would be

done entirely over the gateway of the system and this will also boost up the speed of operations

as well.

Motive of the system

The motive of the system has been provided below as follows:

To remove the interference of middleman from a transaction between consumers and
suppliers;

To ensure that transaction is being done in an efficient and fast;
To introduce transparency into the transactions;

and the system developed is effectively able to address their needs and expectations as well. In

order to do the same, it is important that I should also conduct employee meeting and also train

them as well such that they might be able to work in an effective and efficient manner (Cox &

Bobrowski, 2016). Effective decision making is one of the most essential and critical

requirements of the project that might help in ensuring that the project enhances the value of

organisation.
