Introduction
Virtucon is one of the leading software and application developers in the Riverine region of
Australia. It has been identified that it is required by the company to develop a new software
system such that it might be able to effectively and efficiently take care of the online payments
and methods. The software would be developed for Globex Corp. Globex is one of the leading
farm and agro-based organization. The system would be developed for online transactions such
that the farmers of the company would be able to sell their crops and the customers would be
able to place their bids as well. The system will introduce transparency in the operations of the
business and the clients would be able to get the best product for the price that is being offered
by them. The system that is being developed is named i-Crop.
Being a long-standing client of Globex, it is important for Virtucon to take into consideration
that the best services should be delivered. In order to ensure the same, Virtucon has made sure
that the current systems of the company are not replaced. For this, the company has developed a
detailed project management plan which will discuss and provide deep insights into the various
essentials of project management and development such as communication plan, stakeholder
management, project description etc. These are the essential constraints and topic which would
be covered in this report.

the most advanced online payment systems that would be implemented by Globex into their
operative systems. The project would not only help the company to manage the transaction but

is required to possess administrative and planning skills. The
maintenance manager should be responsible enough which will ensure
that he keeps a constant check on security and safety of the
application.

analyst
The financial analyst is required to have proper knowledge about the
total cost of the project. It is required that the analyst should develop a
constructive breakdown structure for the same

requirements of the project that might help in ensuring that the project enhances the value of
organisation.
