Q1. What's going on?
The program developer wants the project manager to submit the project before a month
even if the project to be submitted lacks the encryption of data of the users of the project.
The project manager is seen to be in a dilemma whether to submit the project without
encrypting or not ("Scenario 3: Early Launch", 2018).
Q2. What are the facts?
 The program developer calls the project manager of the ongoing project
 The project manager, named Greg enters the cabin of the Program developer.
 The program developer informs the project manager that he has been receiving orders from
the higher authorities to submit the ongoing project earlier than the destined deadline.
 The program developer also ensures the project manager in order to submit the project
earlier than the submission date he can skip encrypting the data present in the ongoing
project.
 The program developer told the project manager to submit the task a month earlier than the
deadline that has been provided by the client.
 The project manager disagrees to the fact of early submission and refuses to submit the
project a moth earlier than the submission deadline.
 The product developer proposes lucrative incentives offers for the project manager and the
developing team of the project.
 With regards to the extra incentives in terms of financial bonus the project manager is seem
to convince the product developer the consequences that can take place due to lack of

 If the project manager agrees to submit the project a month earlier then the
encryption of data present in the project will not be done. The fact of not encrypting
the data present the project third party of the access of the data gets easier. This
access of data by imposters create problems for the genuine users of the project.
 Due to lack of robustness and the unauthorized access of data by imposters the good
will of the organization is affected.
 Not only the good will of the developing organization is at stake but the Willis
Company who will be the face of the project will be affected immensely hence the
issues are very serious in order of submitting the project without encrypting the
project.

 The clients of the project will be the affected to the fullest as the data of the clients
are present in the project. Without the encryption of the data unauthorized access
of the data will be possible which will affect the personal status of the clients. The
victims of the attack will be completely exposed due to the lack of the encryption of
data.

 The goodwill of the producing company will be affected. The status of the producing
company will be at stake because of the belief in them by the mass will be
demolished.
 The project manager will be affected as he will lose the job prospect.
Q5. What are the ethical issues and their implications?
 Leadership quality of the project manager is very necessary (Mark, et al 2014). The
project manager must defend his team and the aim of the project and submit the
project after completing the project including the encryption of data (Sekaran &
Bougie, 2016).
 Quality of the product must not be compromised I order to gain more money as the
lack of quality in the project that is to be used by the huge number of clients hence if
any massacre is caused then the number of victims will be huge (Lawrence & Weber,
2014).
 The personal data of any personnel must not be exposed due to any circumstances
(Jordan, 2014, January). Without encrypting of the project might lead to the fact of
exposure of data to the unauthorized personnel (Sison, 2014).

 The project manager must not listen to the program developer and must try to
convey the consequence that might happen in case of not encrypting the data.
 The production team and the project manager must stick to the ethics of
professionalism in order to make the project robust so that the clients of the project
remains safe from the imposters.

 The project manager agrees with the program developer to the fact of submitting
the project without encrypting the data. The project manager gets convinced due to
the fact of huge incentives for himself and his team. This instance results in exposing
of data of the clients of the project causing a massacre for the user of the project.
 The project manager refuses to submit the task and ignores the program developer.
The project manager does not try to convince the program developer regarding the
consequences of the non-encryption of data. Ignoring the program developer by the
project manager frustrates the program developer which causes him to complain
against the project manager to the higher authorities resulting in sacking of the
project manager from the ongoing project leading to the delay in the submission of
the project.
 The project manager after listening to the program developer regarding the issue of
submitting the project a month earlier without encrypting the data of the project,
tries to convince the program developer about submitting the project in the due
date including the data encryption. The project manager describes the massacres
that can happen in case of not encrypting the data. The program developer gets
convinced in order to maintain the goodwill of the organization. The program
developer informs the higher authority regarding the date of submission. The project
is submitted in the due date of submission with the data encryption on the project
making it robust in nature.
