resulted in highlighting the probability of social rift between the developer and project
manager. The client called the developer of the IT Company to modify the user interface of
the software and make it more user-friendly. The developer agreed to implement the
deployment of the user friendly interface for the software. The developer agreed to modify
the user interface for forming the completion of the software in the expected time duration.
The project manager asked about the call and the developer straightforwardly told him that
he had agreed to modify the user interface after talking with the client. The developer did
not consulted with his seniors before agreeing to the terms of changing the user interface as
asked by the client.

operations and forming the analysis of the operations and listing the configuration of the

The scenario had shown that an employee has overlooked his immediate seniors and it has

organization. The employee should have followed the protocol of consulting with his
immediate superiors about the project. He should have forwarded the call to the project
manager so that the manager could have talked to the client himself. However, the
negligence of the employee had tended to cause the problem of miscommunication. The
project manager would not have been informed about the changes that the client asked for.
It also resulted in lack of information sharing and issue of miscommunication in the
organization.

The employee should have transferred the call to the project manager and asked him to
deal with the client. The information sharing in an organization is done hierarchically and
