joined technologies of library administration and accounts administration frameworks as a
synchronized framework (Nrscotland, 2017).
To run the business more effectively and efficiently business intelligence is implemented. Business
intelligence helps in finding the tendency and alliance between the information and data which
increases the influence of openings in business. Successful execution of business intelligence is the
great challenge because it needs a lot of technical computation, integration, and investigation of
information (Pratt, 2017).
It is the logical process for exploring data. In data mining, the data is grouped and sorted from the
large database to find different patterns and relations for finding the solution of the problem by data
analyst (Expertsystem, 2016).
It is the method of investigating large and assorted data and information. Data Discovery unites the
strategies for behavioral examination and information revelation on a large amount of data. Data
discovery is easy to use, flexible and agile (Elliott, 2015).
It is the basic prototype that demonstrates the operations and architecture of the association.it is
used for implementation, planning, analysis and design of data sets. It is the sorting out the rationale
for business procedures and IT foundation replicating the incorporation and normalization
prerequisites of the organization (Minoli, 2017).
It is the PC based framework that gives commands to the instruments, calculates and successfully

Data lifecycle is used for preserving and managing data successfully. There are 7 stages which
complete data life cycle that are capture, maintenance, synthesis, usage, publication, archival and
exclusion. Data in data cycle is taken as an entity. Various Data principles are accessibility, security,
reusability and more. The data principles are used to solve the different complex data problems
(Findlaw, 2017).
The resources and applications are shared on the network or internet for providing these services to
other devices on the internet. The general term for infrastructure is known as cloud computing.
Cloud computing is used for increasing reliability, sustainability, scalability, security. Different type of
cloud computing is SaaS, IaaS, and PasS (Ibm, 2017).

 Text mining increases effectiveness and efficiency of the business process.

1. Halt: cloud computing is a web-based application which implies that anyone can access the
data and the accessibility of data totally depends on the internet connection. No cloud

2. Privacy and security: As the data are stored on the internet, so its security is not sure.
3. Unauthorized attack: Any person who doesn’t have authority to access data can access it
because it is present on internet.
4. Control and flexibility is limited
5. Cost of cloud computing is more.
Some solutions that can stop the following risks are
1. Data access on user background should be restricted.
2. Intelligent methodologies for network security should be implemented.
3. Data breakout should be prevented.
4. Some unique identity code should be provided to each user (Catteddu, 2010).

The existing system of information didn’t work on the KPI’s an acronym for “key performance
indicator” required for the executives. So, for solving this problem EIS that is “executive information
system” is designed and implemented.
The executives faced problems like half of the information created from their EIS was inappropriate
to business-level controlling their Strategic Business Units, significant for basic leadership, were not
accessible in the way in which they required it.
EIS problem reasons:
 The system architecture is inappropriately designed for personalized report formation.
 Very complex user interface for extracting the required information, therefore first KPI
related data is extracted by analyst and process this data to get the information required.
CIO has improved EIS by assigning the design and development work to a committed team to design
and implement the new system by using completely new architecture. Data inconsistency was
improved in the new system by using consistent data format.
 KPI reports provided by the latest system developed which is positive on inventory curve.
 Report modification is made easy by IT structure that remains ignored by Ad-hoc analysis.
 System maintenance requires less resource.
Data governance benefits:
 Company revenue gets increased due to data governance.
 Decision making and control has become better due to data governance. Data governance
helps in improving quality of information or data (Turban & Volonino & Wood, 2015).

the data. It is important to process point of sale data in upcoming future because it makes the
analysis and data searching much easy and less time taking. It is also important because it helps in
making analytical decisions about items of the Coca-Cola Company and also helps in marketing and
production of the Coca-Cola Company.
Coca-Cola modified from distributed databases to a concentrated database where the information
can be integrated and combined accessible to the company. These modifications help in selling more
Coca-Cola by retailers and satisfy customer. Help Big Data innovation associated with a number of
followers on Facebook causes Coca-Cola react to changes happening in the market and extends
business of Coca-Cola Company.
For the data and information to be exact and accurate it is important to trust the data. Trusting data
will help in supporting the operations and strategies of the company. With the consistent and
correct information, the organization can react rapidly to changes in economic situations for clients
and sales
The controlling model helps in decision making for finding the association among certain valuables
to decrease the uncertainty level is known as black book model.
Using this model it became easy for Coca-Cola to make quick and appropriate decisions as this model
helps in reducing uncertainty by finding relations among different or certain variables (Turban &
