Business Rules
For every Client who takes the appointment for the treatment, there is a unique id which
will identify with C_id for every different client.
As every client will take an appointment so there will be unique id for appointment as
well which is Appnt_id.
Every record will be uniquely identified with the help of rec_id.
As every therapist has expertise in a different field so there is Th_id also for unique
identification.
For every customer, there is a different treatment provided by the therapist so the T_code
named attribute will define this.
A booking of treatments entity is created because the entities treatments, as well as
appointments, are making many to many relationship between them so to remove it this
another entity is created.
There are few foreign key constraints are also added in this diagram like B_id and Th_id
for appointments table which is taking reference from booking and therapist tables.
Similarly, in payment and booking_of_treatments entity B_id and T_id are the foreign
keys which are taking reference from other tables namely, Bookings and treatment tables.
These all entities are interconnected with one-to-many relationships and shown with the
arrows in the diagram (Almola, F., & Hamdan, M. A. E. 2015).

The report explains the whole scenario of the clinic i.e. Organic Pasture Clinic. OP Clinic helps
