Considering the business services of a retailing company it has been there are several
functionalities incorporated into this system which holds a significant impact on the business
services enhancement for the nominated retailing company. After a thorough analysis on the
working process of the business process of the above nominated company, it has been noticed
that it initiates its services by receiving the phone call request from the customer which will
be answered by the customer service executive present in the customer service centre of the
organization.

Followed by this aspect it will then receive the order request placed by the customer
on phone call, after that the customer care executive then share the request to the credit
department where it will be checked whether the product is available in there stock or not. If
the product is available in their stock it will then the credit department will approve the order,
otherwise it will reject the order as the requested product is not available in the market. After
the completion of the above process, if the product request gets confirmed by the credit
department, then the customer service representative will ask for few information from the
customer which includes the detail of customer identification and location such as the name
of the customer, address as well as the expects delivery times and other delivery terms.
After receiving the above mentioned detail the CSR then ask the customer to confirm
the registered detail for further progress. Followed by the above process the CSR will then
ask to provide the detail; about the product where it will required to fill the details such as the
quantity of the product and the total amount of the order which the customer needs to pay
while receiving the ordered product. Followed by this it will then proceed for the billing
process for the ordered product. If in case the ordered products prise is less than the quantity
then it can be stated that the previous orders are already in progress.
After the completion of the above procedures the CSR will then forward the order
detail to the inventory department where the inventory master will create an order record and
forward the order id number with the purpose to convey it to the customer, using which the
customer can get the access of their ordered product. Then, the product will be send for
shipment and delivery where the shipment person will pick the product, compare it with the
order ticket and send to the delivery department. Followed by this the delivery person will
then scan the bar code and proceed for further delivery procedure which includes the packing
and delivery. However, if while delivering the product the customer detail is not matching or
there is insufficient customer limit the order ticket will then get discarded.

In the nominated organization business services, the business process integration plan
has been applied in which it has effectively connected the processed of the retailing in a
single process. Followed by this aspect a detail elaboration on the approached process in
listed below-
Target business process
After analysing the nominated business organization, one of the most difficult process
is to register the supplier detail. Followed by this aspect, the proposed system is implemented
in such way that in this business model the suppliers will deliver their products and register
themselves, due to which the supplier detail will get recorded for any further procedure
automatically which will enhance the services of the organization.

In order to incorporate the above mentioned system the below mentioned IT resources
are required:

Computer systems.
VPN.
Database storage.

business is the most depended stakeholders are the suppliers, database manager as well as the
other employ present in this organization. Since, this system has mainly focused on the
supplier management process it has been determined that an approached supplier
management using customer relationship management is highly effective.
Conclusion:
After the above discussion this can be concluded that the approached business process
management model holds significant beneficial features which can effectively enhance the
services of the organization. Followed by this aspect it has be stated that this Business
Process Management design has mainly focused on the supplier management process which
is based on the Information Technology work process. Hence, it can be stated that the
incorporation of this nominated business process infrastructure will be significantly enhance
the services of the retailing organization.
