layer. The core layer of the network consists of the protocols and the routers which are utilized
for the translation of the network address and establishment of the connection between the
different nodes connected in the network. The host accessing the network can be denied for using
the network resources and the nodes connected in the network. The distribution layer acts as the
border for communicating with the different devices connected inside or outside the network. It
lies between the access and the core layer and can be utilized for the management of the
congestion or the traffic in the network. The Access layer is used for transferring the data packets
in the network and permitting or blocking the user from accessing the network resources. The
delivery of the data packets to the destination host is dependent on the access layer.
3.2. Current and future iTech IT infrastructure requirement
The current requirement of the organization is to develop an in house database system for
the management of the web and the email service in the organization. The files residing in the
database of the organization are required to be shared in the network and it is required to be
secured from external agents. The router used in the network is required to be configured with
DHCP for automatically assigning the IP address to the nodes connected with the router. A

5. Cloud based design proposal
The cloud based design can be applied as a solution of the current problem of the
organization and it would reduce the need of up gradation of the in house hardware platforms for
accommodation of the future growth of the organization. The implementation of the cloud
solution would also reduce the monthly expenses involved with the management of the servers
and reduce the man power needed for the management of the server. The risk associated with the
in house server such as accidental damage, fires, power failures and misuse by the employees
can also be avoided with the implementation of the cloud solution.
5.1. Cloud service organizations
There are different cloud service organizations offering the cloud service for the
organization and the organization is required to be selected according to the features and pricing
offered by the cloud vendors and the requirement of the organization. The flexibility offered by
the vendor is required to be noted before choosing the vendor because it is difficult to migrate
from the cloud platform once the data being uploaded to the cloud servers. A highly reliable
cloud service is possible but the cost of maintaining is much higher than normal cloud service, so
both this things should be mentioned to the customer. The customer may choose highly reliable
cloud service on extra payment but the service should be made available to them. There are
many cloud service provider such as google, Amazon, VMWare, etc. Amon them Amazon and
Google are chosen for implementing in the current framework of the organization for increasing
the efficiency of the organization.

application can be debugged using the service.
