Part 1: Research
The concept which is applied to the aspect of the crowdsourcing can be related a
novel approach which is related to distributed problem solving. In the functionality of the
crowd sourcing it can be stated as a concept of distributing task to the employee of the
organization or onto the people who are out of the organization (Chawla, Hartline & Sivan,
2015). This can be considered as a techniques which a task is outsourced into the market for a
group of people. Recently it can be stated that most of the organization are lending towards
the concept of the crowdsourcing due to the factor that there are different types of benefit
which can be achieved from the concept.
The main concept which is taken into consideration in the aspect is the impact of the
crowdsourcing in the aspect of backpacking. The main functionality which is related to the
concept can be seen in the sector of outsourcing of the task to the people within and outside
the organization with the main motive to accommodate the task. There are different devices
which should interact in accordance for the concept to be successful. The crowdsourcing
should be interacting with the different factors which is related to backpacking which
enforces the concept of interacting with people within the organization as well outside any
organization.
Part 2: Brainstorming
Point 1: The main point which can be stated is that the concept of crowdsourcing is
done basically to accommodate the task of the organization. The main motive behind the
concept is to accommodate all the task and fulfill the requirement. The capacity of the task
management can be considered as one of the important factors in this scenario.
Point 2: As the name of the concept states the rise of different technology like the
smart phone, web and affordable sensors which are related to the wireless technology directly

help the organization who want to indulge in the aspect of the outsourcing. For most of the
organization the concept of outsourcing are very much important. There are few important
points which should be taken into consideration such as the means of the distribution of the
tasks in an effective manner. The main motive behind the aspect of crowdsourcing would in
the sector of reaching a global pool of resources, creative which are very much readily
available.
Point 3: It can be stated that here that the platform such as oDesk, innocentive,
kichstarter, ushahidi or the crowdflower have greatly improved the simplified the field of
execution which is related to the crowdsourcing of the project (Arganda et al., 2014). The
success which is related to the aspect of the crowdsourcing will crucially vary on the aspect
of the request to the benefit form the crowd encourage participant and input.
Part 3: Regulation and Ethics
In the concept of the crowdsourcing it can be stated that in most of the cases it is seen
that there are different technology which are included into the aspect. This main role of the
technology is to play a role in the sector of creating a means of communication. It can be
stated here that one of the most important role the aspect of the crowdsourcing when relating
to backpacking is how to make the people indulge into the various aspects which are related
to the concept. There are different types of ethics which are involved into the concept which
can be directly related to the aspect of the crowdsourcing (Chawla, Hartline & Sivan, 2015).
It can be considered that the regulation which is related to the concept of producing
appropriate outsourcing of the concept can be related to the aspect of working within the
organization who is implementing the process. The process of outsourcing can be beneficial
if the total sector which is taken into consideration suits the process and the implementation
aspect.

In some of the situation it can be stated that the concept would be adopted by most of
the organization to decrease the workload which is related to the concept. This would be
directly beneficial in a way which would be altering the overall working of the organization

can put their interest directly on the aspect of more important tasks (Zhou et al., 2015).
Part 4: Disruption
In the concept of the crowdsourcing it can be stated that the concept can be very much
beneficial in a way which would be enhancing the working of the business. In most of the
situation it can be stated that most of the organization in this context tend to use different type
of technology which would be helping to evolve the technology into the different aspects. It
can be stated here that the technology tend to interact with the different prospective of the
working. The organization tend to outsource to directly manage the overall activity of the
organization. In major cases it is seen that the people tend to engage them into the concept of
the outsourcing which can directly focus on achieving some sort of goal of the organization.
The organization tend to achieve different types of benefit from the concept and this concept
would be playing a very vital role in the near future. In the future it can be stated that it would
be reaching more customers and would be directly entering a scenario which would be
altering the internal as well as external working of the organization. Research are being
conducted in the field of implementation of the crowdsourcing and in the near future it can be
stated that the implementation concept would be very much user friendly so that anybody can
indulge into the concept (Zhao & Zhu, 2014).

The main focus point which is related to the video is in the sector of the
crowdsourcing on the concept of backpacking. It can be stated here that there are different
types of devices which should interact with the concept in order to provide a means of
execution which is related to the concept. In the video different types of devices are majorly
shown which would be focusing on the aspect of delivering a communication medium. The
main aspect which is taken into consideration in the aspect is how to engage different
community or people into the concept of crowdsourcing (Chawla, Hartline & Sivan, 2015).
There are different types of advantage which are related to the concept which are shown in
the video and a direct representation of the concept of the technology is taken into limelight.
Focus of the technology would be on the aspect of the internal working of the organization to
bring changes within the organization to directly benefit from the concept. Majorly all the
devices in the concept has a main functionality of creating a means of communication which
would benefit the sector of crowdsourcing. The main functionality which is related to the
concept is the accommodation of the task so that the quality of the standard is maintained
with the direct impact of the technology. Technology should be related to maintaining a
privacy aspect so that different schedule of the tasks are well maintained and overflow and
execution of the task which are outsourced are properly done. The role of the organization in
this context is very much important which would be focusing on the aspect how to achieve
competitive advantage form the implementation of the technology. This would be directly
helping the organization to achieve desired standard in the internal as well as external
working of the organization.
