3DIGITAL REVOLUTION
Part 1: Research
The industry which is related to the healthcare has major changes in the last few
decades and has majorly impacted with policy of the public. It can be stated here that the
concept is and would be undergoing changes which would be directly for the benefit. The
traditional process which is used by the physician would be to indulge into the different
sector of the medical practice. Taking into consideration the voice recognition system, the
user logs into Voiceover and directly loads his or her speech file (Távora et al., 2015). Then
the user can select any one of the options relating to the concept by the means of voice
command. It can be stated here that after this there are different options which are opened
which would be directly used for the concept of the selection of the technique by means of
the voice command.
Part 2: Brainstorming
Point 1: There are different types of benefit which can be achieved with the concept.
It can be stated here that the technology can directly related to marked reduction in the
turnaround time. The data which is related to the aspect of the turnaround time in the surgery
department results in decrease in the average turnaround time with the median of the
turnaround time decrease in a percentage of about 81%. The interaction time in most of the
situation can be very much important which would be involving the sector of the working in
the system (Sladen & Zappler, 2015).
Point 2: The second benefit which can be related to the concept is the proximity of
the error. There would be very less error in the concept which would be beneficial in the
aspect of implementation of the technology. In most of the cases it is seen that a system fails
due to the activity of the error which are involved into the concept. Moreover it can be stated
here that the system which is related to the most of the medical practices should be error

prone in this concept it can be stated that the voice reorganization concept is very much error
free technology. There are different types of security aspects which are involved into the
working of the technology which would be directly helping the sector to advance to the
different functionality of the organization. In the context of the security of the data it can be
stated that personal data of the patients are very much important which should be always be
secured and should not go into the hand of any other person (Wanna et al., 2014)
Point 3: The concept can be beneficial from the point of view of the medical
Practitioners as well as the patients. They can easily collaborate with the data which are
indulged into the system. This would be making the interaction with the system more reliable
and fast so that all the activity which are related to the concept can be done in an easy and
reliable manner. Most of the hospitals in recent time are moving towards the concept of the
adaptation of the technology due to the factor of less human oriented activity and the means
of achieving a greater standard of functionality within the organization (O'Connell et al.,
2015).
Point 4: It can be stated here that in order to adopt the technology the need of training
is required which would be in the sector of the involvement of the concept of the achieving of
greater standard of functionality. Most of the people who are involved into the concept are
highly trained officials who can easily indulge into the different aspect related to the working
of the organization (Beyea et al., 2014).

Part 3: Regulation and Ethics
Point 1
In the concept of speech reorganization in surgery it would be directly involving the
different sector and many devices which majorly help in the sector of the interaction and
would be beneficial in many ways.
Point 2
In most of the cases it can be seen the advancement of the sector of the working in the
field of operation requires proficiency and activity which are majorly error prone.
Point 3
It can be stated here that the sector is very much fragile which involve functionality
and the aspect of achieving a high standard of working into the concept.
Point 4
The sector of speech recognition directly play a vital role in the securing of the data
which can be very much important in any of the concept of the technology.
Part 4: Disruption
Taking into consideration the aspect which is related to the securing of the data it can
be stated that the concept when relating to the aspect of computerized speech reorganization
was first established in the year 1981. The concept is related to the owning of limitation in the

sector of the difficult in use and the hardware related aspect. It can be stated that in most of
the modern technology the requirement of training can be considered to be very important
sector which involve different aspect related to human oriented activity. The aspect which is
related to the computer system, it has become very much powerful with the decrease in the
cost related factor. The aspect of the use of voice reorganization system can be considered to
be becoming more widespread especially in the sector of the surgery. Many research field are
being exploited which would be directly improving the sector of the implementation of the
technology and how more advantage can be taken into consideration. It can be stated here
that the concept would be playing a more dominating role in the near future.
Part 5: Transcript
The main focus point of the video is to demonstrate the aspect which is related to the
technology of speech recognition in the aspect of the surgery. There are different types of
devices which are used in the concept which are explained briefly which make the
implementation process more secured. It can be stated that in every type of technology there
are some disadvantage which are directly mentioned in the video which directly indulge in
the proper working of the technology.
