Task 1
Trousers Haus mainly deals with processing of manufacturing trousers. The trousers that
are manufactured are generally custom made and have a unique essence in the operational
process. This is one of the major aspect that is to be considered for completion of the business
assessment. This brand have been dealing with the manufacturing of one of a kind trousers.
There are 3 staff members who have been working on completion of the project. The staff
members are namely Adrian, Beatrice and Carolyn. 2 of these 3 members are responsible for
performing the manufacturing process. Adrian and Beatrice have been working together for the
manufacturing process and Carolyn have been working for managing the sales and delivery
process. Costing is considered as one of the major aspect that is to be considered in the process.
It have been identified that the cost that is incurred in the process have been acting important in
the process.
Following table depicts the time and days of working of the employees of Trousers Haus
which includes the shift times, extra hours for the social presence at Trousers Haus.

There have been changes in the manufacturing process of the trousers and the
manufacturing team members have been using different process for performing manufacturing of
trousers. Hence the cost that will be incurred in the manufacturing process also changes. Hence
there will be a difference quotation process. These factors are considered for performing the
quotation process.
At first the number of orders is compared against price ranges.

pajamas.
In the last chart, the trend of the profit is plotted against the date as provided in the ales
history datafile.

Here, by observing the pot it can be easily said that after the august 14, 2018 the amount
of profit is increased for the month and again the increase in the profit is recorded from 20th
September 2018.
Task 3
Performing price consistency is another important aspect that is to be considered for
analysis of the cost that can be incurred in the manufacturing of the trousers as per the
requirement of the product. It can be stated that material of the cloth plays an important role in
performing cost analysis. Size of the product is also important in performing cost estimate for
the pajamas by the employees. With the help of the inbuilt excel function an automated table is
created to do the same. As shown in the following table, the employees can select the material
and size of the ordered pajama by the customers.

Proper understanding of the feasibility of costing process have been another aspect that is
to be considered. This section includes the likes of understanding the cost that might be incurred
for buying the material. The size of the trouser is also considered in this section. These are the
major factors that affect the quoting amount. In case the quoting amount stated is fulfilled and

feasibility is maintained then the project is taken up and is started. The table created in the at
task is extended so that the employees of the organization will be able to select the popularity
