Part 1: Research
Crowdsourcing is basically a sourcing model that ensures an individual will obtain
goods and services. The services that are included are the ideas and finances, mainly taken
from a large, relatively open and mainly associated with internet. Crowdsourcing is used by
mixing up all the bottom up and top down processes that are generated mainly from public
groups. This are also used by not for profit organizations for the creation of common goods.
The main impact of crowdsourcing is on product quality. Crowdsourcing gets impacted even
by the task design. The projects that are developed with the use of crowdsourcing are
basically unbiased. One of the major impact of crowdsourcing on clothing industry is that
there is a lack of interaction between the clients and the products. This will eventually
decrease the quality of product as the client interaction is not there. Client feedback and
interaction is one of the main criteria for improving the design of the process.
Part 2: Brainstorming
Crowdsourcing is a sourcing model that will impact the clothing industry. The major
impact of crowdsourcing is that it will reduce the product quality of the industry. This will
lead to one more disruption that will affect the collaboration tools associated with the
crowdsourcing. The third impact of crowdsourcing is that the crowd workers are left to
depend on their own knowledge and the company does not provides any tools for fulfilling
their responsibility. This will create a major impact on the working of the industry. As the
requirements of the worker are not fulfilled the chances that the people quitting their job
increases. The aim of crowdsourcing is to have an unbiased product so that it can be
developed based on the need of the crowd. However it becomes difficult to understand the
project as only single person endeavour the outcomes and only minor participants are
associated with the sourcing project.

Part 3: Regulation and Ethics
The major impact of the technology is related to the quality. This becomes very
important to understand that quality of the products matters the most for every industry.
Clothing industry is majorly related to the quality of the clothes. Thus it becomes important
to identify the product quality. The quality gets impacted as there is no interaction between
clients and the industry stakeholders directly. So there is no scope to share feedbacks
regarding the product quality. Thus it becomes an ethical impact as this is important to have a
proper regulations that will identify the flaws within the system. This is important to perform
each activity ethically. According to the Lawrence Lessig”s regulations this is important to
ensure that the products are delivered based on the market requirement a proper socialisation
needs to be done that will ensure proper working of the system. Ethical implication will
ensure that the crowdsourcing is performed by following proper laws. The major factors
associated with the quality of the product includes proper interaction between the clients, the
products should be assessed before dispatch, better communication needs to be developed
and quality needs to be processed properly.
Part 4: Disruption
The process that is important for developing the quality of the product is known as the
assuring quality in the product development process. The process included in this are first
detecting the voice of customer market research, defining the product requirements,
designing the product, designing documentation. Once all this processes are done then design
verification and validation, then product launch, supplier responsibilities and finally the last
stage includes manufacturing the quality assurance this stages will help in developing the
quality of the product delivered through the use of crowdsourcing. This process will help to
improve the communication between the users and the product will be delivered with proper
quality.

The process starts when the customer places an order for the clothes in the company.
The order is received by the company and they fetch the clothing materials for the designing
of the product. After fetching the materials they are sent to the customers for verifying the
details of the clothing material. After the customer approves the product the product is sent
for designing. The product is then designed according to the requirements described by the
customer. The designing phases is completed when the product is delivered successfully to
the customer and the customer is happy.
