Pictorial Model of the Organization
Publicit-e Pty. Ltd. is an event management company and mainly deals with marketing
and maintain public relations. The company operates in the eastern parts of Australia and has its
head office in Sydney, NSW. It has other branch office in ACT, Canberra, VIC, Brisbane,
Melbourne and QLD. The company not only provides service to the individuals but also
government and other corporations. The company started its working in the year 2001 with
partnership between directors Adi Vertuisin and Prune Poganda. The director had their first
meeting in their University where they studied their management degrees. The company have
employee strength of 50 staffs and currently the turnover is 20 million dollars. Currently the
company has missed a contract with federal department of communication since the
organizational requirement of the tender is not fulfilled. The proficiency and best practice is
needed to be demonstrated with the inclusion of information technology and thus there is a
needed for the upgradation of IT process such that the company can continue to tap in lucrative
government market for growing the business. An information technology is needed to be
developed such that it can help in assisting the future growth of the organization and eliminate
the issues faced with the current unintegrated system.

High Level Organization Chart
The organization currently have the requirement for the development of a Customer
Relationship Management System such that it can support different business operation and help
in promoting the future growth of the organization. The organization has two partners and both
of them share the same designation i.e. director. Prune (Penelope) Poganda and Adi (Adele)
Vertuisin are the current director and there are more than 50 staffs working in different office
location of Australia. The company works with individuals, governments and Corporations for
arranging events, marketing and managing public relations. There are Sales people who looks for
new client and relationship manager responsible for communicating with the existing staffs.

Stakeholder Chart
The stakeholder chart is prepared after conducting a stakeholder analysis and finding the
individuals who have an influence on the current business operations. Stakeholder can be
identified with the help of brainstorming and they can be grouped according to the high power,
high interest, high power less interest, low power high interest and low power less interest. The
key stakeholders are needed to be understood based on the financial, emotional interest and
motivation for the project. The influence on the opinion of the stakeholder is needed to be
identified and the support for the stakeholder for the project is also needed to be evaluated for the
development of the stakeholder chart.

Organization Vision
The organization have the vision for developing the information system aligning the
current needs such that it can help in supporting the future growth of the organization. The
development of the information system and its integration in the current business process would
help in understanding the future needs and management of different business operation. The
system is needed to automate some of the business operation such that the query of the customer
can be resolved immediately and the customer does not have to wait for a longer period of time.
The issues with the current unintegrated and home grown system is needed to be resolved with
the development of the information system. The current business operation is needed to be
improved with the implementation of the information system and the system service is needed to
be engaged such that system specific business process can be developed. The information system
should be able to record the details of the customer and the clients such that it can be used for
improvement of the public relationship take important decision regarding event management.
The system is needed to be integrated for improving the level of satisfaction with the users and
provide various means of communication for maintaining contact and leading information with
the potential clients.
Organization Mission
The information system should be developed such that it can meet the current
requirement of Public-e Pty. Ltd. grow new services for the establishment of public relationship
business. The different areas of functionality of the business is needed to be managed based on
the hierarchical levels and contribute for maintaining public relationship. The operational aspects
of business is needed to be evaluated such that the managers have an insights on the business
operation and engage the client actively for improving the relationship with the client. The

such as contract staff hiring, renting the premises and recording the working hours. The

eliminating the needs of manuals process and thus helps in reducing the manual errors and
improve the efficiency of the business process management. The information generated from
different business process is needed to be recorded in the information system such that it can be
used for understanding the action that is needed to be taken for the management of CRM jobs.
System Vision
A centralized customer relationship management system is needed to be developed such
that it helps in enabling each of the staffs working in the organization to access the system for
working together and meet the needs of the customer. The client are needed to be keep in center
of the business and the system is needed to be scalable such that it can support the growth of the
organization. The system is also needed to be developed in modules and it should contain client
and contract management module, opportunity management module, automation of marketing
and activity and schedule management module. The main vision is to improve the satisfaction of
the client and help the organization to gain more revenue from the system. The system is needed
to be developed into multiple phases and it should reduce the complexity in business
management for segmenting the business process and managing the rapid changes in the
organization. The system should function for gaining new customer and retain the existing ones
by providing efficient service to the existing ones. The challenges faced by the organization are
