System Modelling Report: Amazon FBA System Analysis, ITECH2002

This report presents a system modelling analysis of the Amazon FBA system, fulfilling the requirements of the ITECH2002 Systems Modelling assignment. Following the stakeholder analysis, the report provides detailed use case descriptions, outlining the interactions between actors (sellers, resellers, and Amazon) and the system.
