Introduction
The below-created report explains the scenario of the online ordering system using the
Amazon sub-system. The report explains the entire scenario by using a suitable diagram such
as Sequence diagram, Activity Diagram as well as the Use-case diagram. These diagrams are
created using the draw.io software and screen design is also built using the invision software.

1. The system, as well as the sub-systems that are present in the scenario, is related to the
warehouse management system (Chowdhury, A., 2019). It includes the entire scenario of the
ordering of the items through the online application and also the warehouse management
system sets up the proper linking between the customer and the upper management. Shipping
management, Delivery management is also the system which includes the sub-systems such
as Delivery staff, Amazon, retailers, etc.

The above-made Activity Diagram explains the scenario of Warehouse management. In the
beginning, Maintenance of the warehouse is properly checked so that the communication
between the customer and management doesn’t break down (Shukla et al., 2017). Moving on
the management of the order is shown where the order gets placed by the user, proper
packing is done, delivery is made and at last, if any of the issue related to the product is
