ADSL2 +Modem-Router is a great way to make a network easier to use. With a DSL
Modem/Wifi Router Combo there is no need for the products that are separate and perform
separate functions. Instead, it is a combination of both router and modem in a single device. The
ADSL2+Modem used will be Netgear Nighthawk D7000 AC1900 (Kamal, 2019).
A hardware device that permits the machine to transmit data with an IS provider on a
connection over a landline. Arris SurfBoard SB6121 DOCSIS 3.0 Modem with a cable is the
perfect example of a one-cable modem (Kumar et al. 2018). Here is a comparative Analysis

The recommendation suggestion I would make would be One Cable Modem, in this case,
Arris Surfboard 1621, because Arris Surfboard is affordable, has a very high Cable Modulator
and demodulator (DOCSIS 3.0) that allocates the user with 343 Mbps speed for downloading.
This makes it capable of streaming videos and audios, sharing and downloading contents. Arris
Surfboard supports IPv6- which is the most standardized version for internet and is very
consistent with the U.S cable providers. It enhances a user’s personal media experience and has a
lightening wideband speed. Yolks the efficiency of DOCSIS 3.0 technology is very high and to
create a bond of eight downstream channels with just using four upstream channels (Anderson &
Gerholdt, 2019). This provides the user with services that are advanced and multimedia which
consists of 343 Mbps download of data-rate and upload of 131 speed with an IPS cable.
